Count History

The Count History Screen allows you to view all products that have been counted with Location Touch as well as select and generate items for recount. Please note this is not device specific and will show all products counted across all devices in the selected branch.

To begin, press the Count History option on the main menu.

When you first enter the Count History screen, you will see all products that have been counted today in the selected branch. The top of the screen shows total counts, total number of discrepancies, and the accuracy. You can search for a specific product by tapping on the Product Search bar or by using the scanner.

For each product, you will see the product description, the internal Eclipse ID, the Physical File number it was counted on (Non-RF), and the Control # from that Physical file (Non-RF). You will also see the location type (Stock, Defective, Over Shipment, Review, Display), the location, the date & time that item was counted, the user who performed the count, the Eclipse On-Hand quantity, the count quantity, the difference, and the dollar variance.

If you want to research a specific product in Count History, press the desired product and then press the product slide-out menu button located on the top-right of the screen. The Refine screen allows you to sort and filter the items that display in Count History. Tap on the Refine button at the bottom-left of the screen to see the following options:

• Sort Counts
• Sort Direction
• Filter Counts

To sort the items, press the Sort By under Sort Counts. The options include:

• Product
• $ Variance
• Qty Variance
• Location
• Count Date
• User

Press the Sort Direction to select whether you want to sort the products in Ascending or Descending order.

The Refine screen also allows you to filter the products displayed in Count History by:

• Discrepancy - Equal to Zero or Not Equal to Zero
• Physical File - Chose a specific Phys File to view
• Dollar Variance Greater Than - prompts for a minimum dollar amount
• Qty Variance Greater Than - prompts for a minimum quantity
• Since - see all counts since this date (defaults to today)
• Location - displays a list of locations allowing you to select a location
• User - Filter the list based on the user who counted the products
• Count Type - Allows you to filter the count history list based on recounts only

Press the desired filter which will display the options within that filter. Once you select an option, press the "Apply" button and that filtered selection will appear on the Refine screen. If you want to cancel or remove an existing filter, slide your finger from right to left on that filter which displays the "Clear" button. Press Clear to remove the filtered selection or press anywhere else on the screen to cancel.

Note that if you exit back to the main menu and then come back into the Count History screen, the settings will be reset to default.

Press the "Recount" button on the bottom-left to select products you would like to have recounted. You can select individual products or use the "Select All" button to select all products in the refined list. Once you have the products selected, press the Add to Count button located on the bottom-right. You will be prompted, "Queue x Products for Cycle Count?". Press Yes to add the selected products to the count queue or Cancel to abort.
