Options that have a button toggle are blue when enabled, white when disabled.
This identifies the Eclipse account you are connected to. Typically, there will be one or two Eclipse Account accounts here -- a production account and a train or stage account, with the production account as the default. You can change the account by tapping on that selection. When the device has an active connection to the account, a WIFI con will display to the right of the account. If the WIFI icon is not displayed it indicates that Location Touch cannot connect to the selected Eclipse account.

Count Gesture
If a scanner is not being used to scan product or a product bar code will not scan, this setting controls the gesture required to act as a scan to verify the displayed product. The gesture options are a Double Tap, Single Tap, or Two Finger Tap. The current choice is indicated by a blue checkmark. Double Tap is the default gesture.

Enable Set Location
Note: On a new install this is enabled by default. When updating the app from a previous version, it will be set according to how Disable Set Location was set so it will work exactly the same.
When enabled, you will see a Set Location button appear at the bottom of the Cycle Count screen. If you set your location during the Cycle Count process, only those products matching the current location will be displayed. The benefit here is that it removes the requirement to scan a location during the process, saving you a step.
When a product is scanned not in the set location, you will receive prompt "This product does not exist in set location xx-xx-xx" with options:
- Add to Set Location xx-xx-xx
- Scan to New Location
- Change to Location yy-yy-yy
- Cancel
Selecting options 2 or 3 above, you will receive another prompt after the count is complete, "Update set location to xx-xx-xx?"
Require Location Scan
When enabled, after scanning a product, you will be taken to the location field where you must either enter or scan a location.
Allow Blank Location
This setting is designed for Non-RF branches that are not using locations in Eclipse. When enabled, you will be taken directly to the quantity field after a product scan and will not be required to enter a location.
Please note: If setting "Require Location Scan" is enabled and a product does have an existing location, you will be taken to the location field and will be required to enter a location.
Allow Undirected Counts
When enabled, you will see a Directed button display at the bottom of the Cycle Count screen. When in directed mode, the next product in the cycle count will be displayed for the user to count. Tapping on the Directed button will change the count to an undirected mode. In undirected mode, the screen is blank, and you will need to scan the next product you want to count.
Blind Counts
When enabled and the count entered does not match the on-hand quantity, you will not see the discrepancy but rather a warning image. By default, you see the discrepancy when the count does not match the on-hand quantity.
Warn on Variance
When enabled and the count entered does not match the on-hand value, you will be prompted with "Are you sure you counted x?" which options of yes and cancel.

Count Auto Complete
By default, after a count quantity is entered in the Cycle Count screen, you must press "Step 4: Complete" to update the count. If you enable this setting, after you enter a count that matches the on-hand quantity, the count will automatically be updated and the next product to be counted will display. This setting basically saves a keystroke when the count matches the on-hand.
Set Review to Stock
This setting will prompt you to change the location type from "Review" to "Stock" after the item is cycle counted and the quantity entered matches the on-hand quantity. After completing the count, you will receive a prompt, "Location Type Currently Review change to Stock? Press Yes to update the location type to "Stock" and No to leave the location type as "Review"
Hide Previous Count
When a product is counted, that count appears in the "Today's Count History" screen. Selecting that product from the "Today's Count History" screen re-displays that count quantity. Enabling this setting will not display the previous count.
Bluetooth Keyboard Scan
Enable this setting if you are using a scanner brand other than Socket Mobile and Linea Pro.
Trim UPC Codes
Leave this setting disabled unless directed otherwise by Innovo support. This setting was designed for a specific product vendor.
By default, when there is no scanner paired to the device, you will see "No Scanner Detected" display on the Scanner page. When a Bluetooth scanner is connected, the device name will be displayed. The Socket Mobile scanner pairing instructions are also available on this screen and can also be found on our support site here.

When a scanner is connected, the icon to the right of any search box will display the Bluetooth icon in a circle. Tapping on the icon will display the scanner make and model, as well as the SDK version.
When a scanner is not connected, the icon to the right of any search box will display a barcode icon. Tapping on it will launch the built-in device camera for scanning.

You can print Product and Location labels directly from Location Touch. This section allows you to specify the default printer that will be used for both Product and Location labels. You can always change the printer on the Print Labels screen in the app.

Touch ID/Face ID
This will enable either Touch ID or Face ID, depending on the device, to login to the app.

This will display the Location Touch version and build numbers, as well as the Device ID. This Device ID can also be found in the Portal under the Devices download.
