StockRoom Release 2.6.0

StockRoom Web is an optional addition to StockRoom allowing your customers the ability to manage their inventory on the web. Customers can view and manage their product lists, on-hands, locations, min/maxes, and depending on authorization, can also edit and create new customer part numbers.

StockRoom Web allows your customers to see their product health status, inventory movement, report on slow and frozen products, along with an inventory valuation and recommendations on optimizing product levels and associated savings.

  • Added new control file, Innovo StockRoom Enable In Transit Receiving for Auto Sync, that will only update orders to an invoiced status and update the on-hands when the order has been signed for. This allows orders that have not yet been "received" by the customer to not reflect on-hands that they don't physically have yet.
  • Added new control file, Innovo StockRoom Include Bid Qtys in Open Qtys for StockRoom Orders, that will include bids in the open order calculation so that material is not reordered before the bid is turned into an order.
  • New app setting in Usage mode, Enable Job Returns, that allows the customer to return material not used that was recorded on a job. This makes the new reporting features of StockRoom Web all that more powerful!
StockRoom Web
  • Ability to view and manage customer part number list including on-hands, locations, and mins/maxes as well as create new customer part numbers (must be authorized)
  • Calculates moving, slow, and frozen inventory and provides suggested recommendations on min and max levels, with the ability to view potential savings $
  • Ability for employees and customers to login and view customer details
  • Added new field on the Innovo StockRoom Customer Settings user-defined screen, View in StockRoom Web, that will enable that customer to be selected in StockRoom Web for Employee users
  • Ability to set up customer users as administrators and let them invite additional employees to StockRoom Web - takes some of the management off your plate!
  • As transactions flow from StockRoom (orders, stock levels, usage, receiving, etc.), view those transactions real-time in StockRoom Web
  • Ability to report on product usage by job
  • Ability to print product labels and QR codes for a single, multiple, or all products
  • View quotes, open orders, and invoices
  • Ability to track current deliveries with real-time estimated times (must have Deliver)
