Physical Count

The first step in the physical count process is to generate the physical count in Eclipse and lock the physical lock date. The Physical Count name CANNOT contain the words "Cycle Count" or it will show up under the Cycle Counts menu instead.

Use the Physical menu option to select your physical. A listing of all available physical counts is displayed.

 Note: when performing a physical in an RF or Non-RF environment the count is not updated real time.
