How to Hide Order & Line Item Comments from Displaying on Invoices

By default, line item comments and order comments added from Deliver will display on invoices.

If you want to hide those comments when they are added from Deliver, you can do so by setting up another comment type in Eclipse.

To do so, create a new OE Comment type in OE Comment Type Maintenance. Name the new comment type "Innovo App Comment" and then you can adjust where you want them to appear in your system.

We recommend setting all items in Areas Displayed to N, except for "SOE".
