How do I make the Signed By field required in Deliver?

We recommend you make the signed by field required when a customer signs for their order. This is done with the branch-specific control file, "Innovo SigTouch Is Signed By Required".  

Please note this applies to both Counter and Will-Call modes of Signature Touch as well.
