When Automatically Sync Stops is Enabled
We strongly recommend this setting to be enabled on the device.
The following items are updated to Eclipse as soon as the stop is completed, as long as there is cellular or WiFi connectivity.
- Signatures
- Photos
- Order Comments, Internal Notes, and Line Item Comments
- Messages sent according to control file, "Innovo Deliver Send Message on Manifest Signature Upload"
- Actual stop time on Manifest
- Delivery Notifications (Push, Text, or Email)
Note: If there is no connectivity at the time a stop is completed, signatures, photos, and any comments taken will be synced to Eclipse at the completion of the next stop, providing there is connectivity at that time. The actual time updated on the manifest for a previous stop will reflect the true actual time that stop was completed.
When Automatically Sync Stops is Not Enabled
The following items are updated to Eclipse as soon as the manifest is completed on the device.
- Signatures
- Photos
- Order Comments, Internal Notes, and Line Item Comments
- Actual stop time on Manifest
Job Queues
When stops are skipped or orders refused during signing, a job queue will be sent to the user defined in the branch-specific control file, "Innovo Deliver User to be Notified on Manifest Complete". This happens immediately for skipped stops and on stop completion for refused orders. Please note, the Automatically Sync Stops setting must be enabled to receive the job queue's real-time.
When the manifest is completed on the device, the user defined in the branch-specific control file, "Innovo Deliver User to be Notified on Manifest Complete" will receive a job queue in Eclipse noting any issues.
