How to hide pricing in Signature Touch

There is a hierarchy used to determine if pricing should be displayed in Signature Touch, for both Will Call and Counter modes.

  1. If the control file, Innovo SigTouch / Deliver Use Print Style for Hide Pricing is enabled, we check the order level setting and if set to BLIND we hide pricing. If not set to BLIND at the order level, we check the customer level setting in Customer File Maintenance. If that is set to BLIND, we hide pricing.
  2. We then check the  Hide Pricing in SigTouch setting on the Innovo Mobile Customer Authorization screen. If the ship-to is set, we use that setting. If blank, we check the bill-to.
  3. If the customer setting is blank, we look to the control file, Innovo SigTouch / Deliver Hide Pricing Default. If set to Yes, we hide pricing.

If none of the above settings apply, Signature Touch will display pricing.
