An Error Occurred Attempting to Download the Signature from Solar Close Counter

When the customer hits accept on the iPad after signing for their order and you receive the error message, "An Error Occurred Attempting to Download the Signature" in your Solar Close Counter window, there are two things you will want to check:

• Make sure each workstation has a unique terminal ID
• Make sure there are not two Solar Close Counter windows opened at the same time on the terminal
