App Store: No install button for Signature Touch

If the install button for Signature Touch is grayed out and inactive, a maturity restriction in iOS may be preventing the installation.

iOS versions 12.0 and higher

To fix this in iOS 12 and above, launch the iOS Settings App and then press Screen Time from the listing on the left side. Next, locate and press Content & Privacy Restrictions.

On the Content & Privacy Restrictions screen, locate and press Content Restrictions.

On the Content Restrictions screen, locate and press Apps.

On the Apps screen, make sure either the 17+ or the Allow All Apps setting has a blue checkmark next to it. Press either setting and confirm the blue checkmark appears.

Press the Home button  (button on the front of the iPad) to leave the Settings App.

Return to the App Store and search for Signature Touch. This time the install icon (Cloud with arrow or Install button) should appear. Press it to install the App.

iOS versions 9 to 11.x

To fix this in versions prior to iOS 12, launch the iOS Settings App, then press General from the listing on the left side.

After pressing General, locate and press Restrictions on the right side.

Then, in the Allowed Content area, press Apps.

Make sure 17+ has a blue checkmark next to it. If it does not, press it and confirm the checkmark appears.

Press the Home button  (button on the front of the iPad) to leave the Settings App.

Return to the App Store and search for Signature Touch. This time the install icon (Cloud with arrow or Install button) should appear. Press it to install the App.
