There are several reasons you may not be able to see a manifest in deliver.
The Manifest is not Locked
There is a control file called "Innovo Deliver Show Manifest Types" where you select whether you want to see Open, Locked and/or Closed manifests in Deliver. Our recommended setting is to display only locked manifests. If your control file is set to only show locked manifest and the manifest you're looking for is not locked, you will not see it in the app.
The Manifest is Out of Date
By default, Deliver displays only those manifests with a date of today or tomorrow. If your manifest has a date prior to today you will not see it in the Deliver app.
There is a control file called "Innovo Deliver Ignore Date in Manifest Selection" which will allow you to see all manifests, regardless of the date, and also respecting the "Innovo Deliver Show Manifests Types" control file setting.
The Driver Listed on the Manifest in Eclipse Does Not Match the Driver in the Deliver Manifest Settings
You must specify either a Driver or a Ship Via in Manifest Settings in Deliver. If you have set a driver, or you are using the logged in user as the driver, and that driver is not the driver set on the manifest in Eclipse, that manifest will not show by default. Depending on your Advanced Search settings you may be able to search for that manifest and find it.
The Ship Via Listed on the Manifest in Eclipse Does Not Match the Ship Via in the Deliver Manifest Settings
You must specify either a Driver or a Ship Via in Manifest Settings in Deliver. If you have set a specific ship via, and that ship via is not the same ship via as set on the manifest in Eclipse, that manifest will not show by default. Depending on your Advanced Search settings, you may be able to search for that manifest and find it.
