Our StockRoom, OE Touch, and Location Touch apps support the use of Bluetooth scanners and printers. Please see below for supported devices and which applications they work with.
StockRoom, OE Touch, and Location Touch support the use of Bluetooth scanners. We've integrated the SDK for SocketMobile and Linea Pro directly into the apps.
SocketMobile
The following scanners are supported in StockRoom, OE Touch, and Location Touch and will work with both Apple and Android (OE Touch only) devices:
- DuraScan: D700 Series and D800 Series
- SocketScan: S700 Series and S800 Series
- DuraSled: DS800 Series

Use the Socket Mobile Companion app from the Google Play store for pairing with Android devices.

Linea Pro
Linea Pro is an integrated scanner that is supported in StockRoom and Location Touch and works with the iPod, iPhone, and iPad. All Linea Pro scanner models are currently supported.

StockRoom and Location Touch have the ability to print barcode labels to a wireless Bluetooth printer. The Zebra ZQ620 Plus, ZQ620, QLn320, and QLn420 printers are supported. The Zebra ZQ630 printer is currently only supported in StockRoom.

Discontinued Printers
The ZQ600 Series printers replaced the QLn series printers, and the ZQ600 Plus Series printers now replace the ZQ600 Series printers. The following discontinued printers are still supported in StockRoom and Location Touch.

Note: Reconfiguring used printers can be problematic. If you have trouble reconfiguring a used printer, we do not offer support beyond basic troubleshooting tips.
