When you view the manifest in Deliver Web on the Live or Compare pages, a photo icon appears next to the order if any photos were taken at the stop in Deliver. When you click the photo icon, in order to view the photos you must configure your system so photos taken in Deliver are reachable outside of your network via an https:// link, which is essentially hosted or shared via a web server.
Deliver photos are stored in the storage profile you set in the control file, "Innovo Images Document Profiles", in the "Innovo Manifest Pictures" field.
Many of our customers have an IIS Web Server (possibly an IGATE / Web Order Entry server) and do this by setting up a virtual directory in IIS pointing to that imaging server share. You can check the network path for the storage profile you find is in that Innovo Images Document Profiles control file by loading that Profile ID in Document Storage Profile Maintenance in Eclipse. The network path in there is the imaging server share path you would want to create a virtual directory to in IIS.
Once you have it shared in IIS, go back into Eclipse to Document Storage Location Maintenance, move down to highlight the storage ID for the storage profile and click the PAths hotkey. In the Image Archive Path Maintenance window that opens, enter the full public URL to the IIS virtual directory (the format is typically https://yoursitedomain.com/virtualdirectoryname) in the Web Path field, and then save out.
After these steps have been completed, you will see the photos in Deliver Web. Once the photos are viewable in Deliver Web, then you will be able to send the photos in the Delivered SMS text notifications as well. See the Getting Started with Notifications section of our documentation for steps to set up Deliver Notifications.
