Deliver allows your drivers to electronically collect signatures, photographs, and other delivery information such as comments on their delivery routes. All information is automatically synced back to the order in Eclipse. Please see the Deliver Settings article for information on configuring Deliver for Operation.
Note: We highly recommend using cellular devices on the delivery routes. Otherwise, data will only sync back to Eclipse once the manifest is completed on the device and you will lose turn-by-turn navigation and the updating of expected delivery times for all stops.
Deliver respects any order type existing on the manifest - invoices, purchase orders, returns, and transfers.
Selecting a Manifest
Tap on the green + Add Manifest bar at the bottom of the screen.
The manifests that appear in the selection window must meet the following requirements:
- All manifests that meet the Driver and/or Ship Via criteria as well as the branch selection set in the Account section will be displayed
- All manifests that have a date of today or tomorrow (there is a control file, Innovo Deliver Ignore Date in Manifest Selection that allows you to see manifests regardless of date)
- All manifests that meet the settings in control file, Innovo Deliver Show Manifest Types. For example, this allows you to only see locked manifests
The manifest list displays the manifest number, date, start time, ship via, driver, branch, and number of stops.
The top section of the Add Manifest selection window has a number of options:
- Refresh list - Tap the white circular arrow to refresh the manifest list from Eclipse
- Search Bar - Tap in the search bar, enter a manifest #, and tap search on the keyboard to find a specific manifest. This will override any predefined required settings
- Advanced Search - This will only appear if you have enabled this option in Manifest settings and will override any predefined required settings
- Scan - Tap the barcode icon to launch the device's camera. The scanned barcode will match on the Eclipse manifest number and will override any predefined required settings
Load Mode
If Load Mode is enabled for the branch in Deliver Web Settings and either 1) there is a count discrepancy or 2) the manifest was not loaded through Load Mode, the driver will receive a Manifests Not Loaded prompt. To add the manifest, select YES. An Alert will be sent when the driver starts the manifest which will be discussed below. More information on Load Mode can be found here.

Once a manifest has been selected, Ready to Start will display in the top-left corner. Tap the manifest to begin the pre trip stop adjustment process.

Pre Trip Stop Adjustment
The Pre Trip Stop Adjustment screen displays all of the stops on the manifest including the customer, address, number of invoices, estimated arrival time, and requested times. If Enable Stop Editing is enabled in the Manifests settings page, the user will default into Edit mode where they can reorder stops, add breaks, consolidate or separate stops, etc.
If Enable Mapping is enabled in the Mapping settings page, colored icons at the left of each stop (iPad) or right of each stop (iPhone) will indicate the accuracy of the address. The colors indicate the following:
- Green: Exact match found.
- Yellow: Fairly accurate match found. The street exists in that zip code but not the street number.
- Red: No match found. The street does not exist in that zip code. In this case, we recommend double-checking the directions as the navigation will route the driver to the middle of the zip code.
You can also take photos or add photos from the device's Photo Gallery before starting the manifest from the Pre Trip Stop Adjustment screen by tapping the camera icon at the top-right. These are added as attachments on the manifest in Eclipse. NOTE: The camera icon will not appear on the stop listing page once the manifest has started. Details on taking photos or adding Photo library photos in the app are further down the page in this section.

Refresh Manifest
As of Deliver 2.2.0, drivers can refresh an existing manifest on the device when are made to that manifest in Route or Eclipse. The most common scenarios that happen are a new stop is added, a stop is removed, or an order is added/removed on an existing stop.
Here are some rules we put in place:
- If a new stop is added, we add that stop to the route
- If a stop is removed and that stop has not yet been completed, we remove that stop from the device
- If an order is added/removed from a stop that has not yet been completed, we add/remove that order from the stop on the device
- If a stop is skipped and removed from the manifest, we remove that stop from the device
- If a completed stop is removed or an order is added/removed to a completed stop, we will NOT update that stop and the driver will be alerted
- If the driver has reordered stops on the device, the refresh will reset that stop order to match either Route or Eclipse
- If the driver has added any breaks on the device, the refresh will remove all added breaks
- If the order was originally created in Route and changed/updated only in Route, the refresh of the manifest will appear exactly the way it appears in Route
- If the order was originally created in Route or in Eclipse and was changed in Eclipse, the refresh of the manifest will appear exactly the way it appears in Eclipse
- If we are refreshing from Route and breaks do exist in Route, we will refresh those back onto the device
If any errors occur (e.g. an order was added to a completed stop), we will stop the refresh and display the error:
- Cannot delete a completed stop
- Cannot add tickets to a completed stop
- Cannot add tickets to a skipped stop
- Cannot remove tickets from a completed stop
- Cannot remove tickets from a skipped stop
- Cannot modify tickets on a completed stop
- Cannot modify tickets on a skipped stop

To refresh a manifest in Deliver, the driver can press the circular arrow at the top-left of the stop listing screen. The refresh arrow is available in the Pre-Trip Adjustment screen before the manifest is started and also in the Stop Listing screen once a manifest has been started.

A "Refresh Manifest?" popup window will appear asking the driver if they want to "Refresh" or Cancel. Pressing cancel will return to the existing stop listing.

Tapping refresh will update the manifest on the device according to the guidelines listed above and a popup window will indicate the refresh completed successfully. If the manifest cannot be refreshed, an error message will appear with details. In the example below, stop 2 was signed for in Deliver, but removed from the manifest.

Business Hours (Route Customers Only)
As of Deliver 2.2.0, customers that use our Route product to create their manifests can add customer-specific business hours that will display in both Route and Deliver.
If business hours exist for the customer, they will be displayed on both the main stop listing page and on the stop detail page for the manifest date. You can tap on the link and display the full week's business hours for that customer.

Customer Rank (Route Customers Only)
As of Deliver 2.3.0, customers that use our Route product to create their manifests can add customer ranks that will display in both Route and Deliver.
If a rank is assigned to the customer, the rank icon and color will displayed on both the main stop listing page and on the stop detail page. You can tap on the icon and display the rank for that customer.

Viewing Stop and Order Details
Tapping on any stop in the Pre-Trip Adjustment stop listing will display the orders on the stop. Note, the "Pre-Trip" text in bold red text at the top-right indicating the manifest has not ben started and all information is in a view-only mode.

Tapping on any order in the Pre-Trip Adjustment stop details will display the order's details . Note, the "Pre-Trip" text in bold red text at the top-right indicating the manifest has not ben started and all information is in a view-only mode.

Adding a Break
Tapping the coffee mug icon will take you to the Add Break screen. You will see the Break Type with a default type of "Break" at the top and then the Break Duration slider below. If standard break types have been defined, you will see the Select Standard Break button at the bottom of the screen. Tapping this button will give you the option of selecting from those standard break types. Tap Save to add the break to the stop listing.
The break will be added after the first stop. You can tap the three bars to the right of the break and drag the break to the desired position in the stop listing. To edit an existing break, you must tap the Edit button at the top of the stop listing page if the manifest has already been started, and then tap on the duration to display the Add Break screen.
Editing Stops
If Enable Stop Editing is enabled in the Manifest settings section, you will have access to the Edit button as discussed above and will be able to rearrange the stops in the listing. To change the order of the stops on the route, press and hold the three lines next to a stop and then drag the stops up or down in the listing. Let go of the stop once it is in the desired position.
If there are multiple manifests on the device and you are combining manifests, the driver will see the stops as one route and will be able to reorder stops across all manifests.
Note: Reordering the stops on the device will not reorder the stops on the Eclipse manifest. However, if you have cellular or WiFi connectivity and Enable Mapping is enabled, the estimated delivery times will update the correct stop on the Eclipse manifest even if they are ordered differently.

Requested Times
If there is a specific or window time on the order, the Requested Time will display on the right side or the stop information. If the estimated delivery time is outside of the specific time or window, the requested time will display in red.

Shipping Instructions
Shipping Instructions can be viewed by clicking on the Instructions icon located under the address information. Email address, phone numbers, and web links are all "active" and will open the appropriate application (phone, email client, web browser) when selected. The shipping instructions are also available to the driver during the route.
Best Practice: When inserting a weblink into the shipping instructions on an order, there may be an issue with wrapping. To avoid any issues it is recommending to:
1) Leave a blank line after the link
2) Put the link at the bottom/last line of the instructions
Toolbar Icons
The bottom of the screen displays the manifest number, the ship branch and ship via. (If you have Combine Multiple Manifests enabled and you have multiple manifests selected, you will not see this information.) You will also see the start time from the Eclipse manifest. There are also five icons listed:
1. Toggle Start Time - The clock icon will toggle between the start time on the manifest and the current time. This will also adjust the Estimated Arrival Times based on the start time selected.
2. Set to Original Sort Order - The white circular arrow will reset the stops to the original order on the Eclipse manifest. This will also remove any breaks added.
3. Consolidate - The consolidation icon will toggle between grouping and ungrouping orders for the same address. By default, they are grouped if Enable Stop Consolidation/Grouping is enabled in the Manifest settings section.
4. Add a Break - The coffee cup icon will add a break, which can then be moved to the appropriate position and the duration set.
5. Show/Hide Map - The map icon will toggle the map view on and off. By default the map is displayed.
These features will only be available, and the icons displayed, if Enable Stop Editing is enabled in Manifest Settings.

Show Map
If Enable Mapping is enabled in the Mapping settings section, there will be a Show Map icon at the bottom-right of the manifest stop listing. Tap the Show Map icon to toggle the map on and off.
The map will display the remaining stops and the suggested route in gray.
You can pinch and/or expand your fingers to zoom in and out on the map. Reordering of the stops will be reflected real-time on the map.

Map View Options
Tap the three gray horizontal bars at the bottom-right to display map view options.
The top portion of the Map View options allow you to choose between displaying the road map, a hybrid map that shows both roadways and satellite view, or satellite view only. Tap a view to change the displayed map. Note: your selected option will be saved and used to display on all maps until changed again.
The Show Traffic/Hide Traffic option displays current traffic conditions for roadways where Google has traffic information. Traffic information will be displayed in green for normal conditions and red when there is heavy traffic expected.
The Refresh Map option will refresh the displayed map information.

Vehicle Selection
If vehicles have been defined on the Vehicle tab in Deliver Web, the driver must select a vehicle by clicking on the truck symbol or will be prompted to select a vehicle after tapping on Start. More information on defining vehicles can be found here.
There are a number of ways you can select the vehicle:
- Tap on the truck icon located next to the camera icon in the toolbar and select your vehicle
- Manually start the manifest and the app will prompt you to select the vehicle
- If you use the auto-start feature, the app will prompt you to select the vehicle after completing the first stop
Note: The Select Vehicle page will display a maximum of 75 vehicles defined for the manifest branch.
If you are using Innovo Route and already have assigned a vehicle to the drivers route, the driver will not be prompted for a vehicle. If the driver needs to change the vehicle before starting the manifest, they can do so while in the Pre Trip Stop Adjustment screen.
Odometer Reading
If enabled on the Settings page, you can capture the odometer reading before starting the route. To use this feature you must manually select the Start button to begin the route. If your branch has vehicles defined, Deliver will prompt you to select a vehicle then prompt to enter the odometer reading. If the entered value is off by more than 500 miles to what is stored on the Vehicles page for that truck, you will receive another prompt to confirm the entry.
Begin Delivery
Tap the Start button at the top-right side to begin the delivery route. Depending on your Settings the driver may be prompted to select a vehicle and enter an odometer reading.
The manifest will automatically start when the following are true:
- the driver is on the Pre Trip Stop Adjustment screen
- the driver breaks a 0.2 mile geofence from the originating branch and is driving at least 5 MPH
- there are no load mode discrepancies (only when setting Scan Packages On Truck is enabled in Deliver Web Settings)

Once a manifest is in progress, the Manifest Details page will display the current stop number in Blue along with the text "Ready to Resume" or the coffee mug icon with the text "Next Stop" if the driver is on a break, along with the details of the next stop and the remaining trip information for number of miles, hours, and number of deliveries.
Stop Details

Once you begin the route, you will be taken to the Stop Details page.
You will see the name and address of the customer, the orders to be delivered, and a breakdown of package types (if set in Eclipse). Each order listed will display the ordered by and phone number from the Eclipse header, shipping instructions (displayed in orange), a COD amount (if exists), and the package types.
On this page, drivers can also:
- Take Photos: Tap the camera icon to launch the camera app and take a picture(s) that will be attached to all orders on this stop. Note: you can also take pictures for individual orders by selecting the order.
- Sign Orders: Tap the pencil icon to move to the Sign Orders screen to capture the customer's signature.
- Skip Stop: There are two reasons why you might skip a stop. The first being you are not going to be delivering the material to this address on this route. If that is the case, you will be required to enter a reason. That reason gets posted to the Internal Notes section of the order in Eclipse. The user specified in the control file, Innovo Deliver User to be Notified on Manifest Complete will also receive a real-time job queue with the details. The second reason to skip a stop might be to delay that delivery to another time on the current route. This will not require a reason, nor trigger a job queue, and you will be required to either get a signature or skip that stop completely before completing the manifest on the device.
- Show Map: Tap the map icon to display the map of the route.
- Shipping Instructions: Phone numbers, email addresses and web links are "active" in shipping instructions. Simply click on one of the active items and the appropriate applications (phone, email client, web browser) will automatically be opened.
Contact phone numbers are live. On a cellular device, you can tap on the phone number and it will ask if you want to call the number.

An icon will display if the stop has any orders with hazardous products, restricted products, or a balance of less than $0.
- The yellow triangle icon w/exclamation point indicates hazardous products (MSDS) on the stop
- The orange bell icon w/exclamation point indicates restricted products on the stop
- The green dollar sign icon indicates order(s) with a less than $0 balance
See our Deliver Maintenance & User Define Screens article for details on how to flag a product as restricted in Eclipse.

Take Photo or Add from Library
Tap the camera icon to open the camera app and take photos. If this is the first time you access the camera on the device, you will be prompted to give Deliver access to the camera. Tap the white circle in the camera app to take a photo. After taking a photo, you will be returned to the camera interface where you can take additional photos. Once all photos have been taken, press "Cancel" at the bottom-right of the camera interface to return to the Photos page.
Press the Photo Library icon at the top-right to view and select existing photos in the Device's photo library.
Press "Cancel" to leave the Camera interface without taking a picture.

Tapping on the Photo Library icon will display the library contents. Select photos by tapping on them. After selecting all wanted photos, press "Accept" to return to the Photos screen and include the selected photos or press "Cancel" to return without adding any photos from the library.

On the Photos screen you can press the Camera icon to take more photos, tap the back arrow to return to the main app, or tap on any of the photos to view a larger version.

When viewing the larger version of a photo, you can press the garbage can icon at the top-left and then press OK to confirm and delete the photo or press Done at the top-right to return to the Photos page.

Note: A blue image icon appears at the right side of each order indicating a photo is attached. To apply a photo to an individual order only, tap the order which will display the Order Details screen and then tap the camera icon from there

Scan Packages Off Truck
The Scan Packages Off Truck option must first be enabled in Deliver Web. Detail on that are here: Deliver Web Settings: Preferences. If enabled, there will be a package icon at the top-right corner instead of the signing pencil as the driver must scan the orders for the stop before the customer can sign, when there are packages present on that stop.

After tapping the package icon, a popup window prompts the driver to scan the packages for each order. Pressing the barcode icon opens the camera so the driver can scan the order or tote barcode. The scanned barcode must be an exact match for the order being scanned off which is listed at the top left. The driver can toggle the device camera's flash on and off with the icon at the bottom-right.
Pressing the "Complete" button will complete the required scanning. Pressing Cancel will return back to the order details screen. Note: When the "Scan Products Off Truck" option is enabled in Deliver Web, drivers must complete the package scanning before the customer can sign for the stop.
If an order has multiple packages, the driver will need to scan the order barcode for each. For example, if two packages are expected, two scans of that order number are needed to complete the scan requirement for the order. The number of scans expected for the order and number of them that have been scanned so far will be at the top-right.

An "Invalid Scan" message will pop up if the wrong order or tote is scanned.

With each package scanned, the top-right indicator will show the number of packages scanned next to the total expected to be scanned. The driver can press the minus symbol at the top-right if they scan the wrong order or tote barcode.

If all scans are completed a green checkmark icon will appear. The driver can press "Cancel" to go back to the order without completing the package scan or press the barcode icon if they are additional packages to scan not noted in the expected total. Otherwise, the driver can press "Complete" and they will be returned to the signing screen.

If there are fewer or more packages scanned than expected for a given order on a stop, the driver should scan all they have for the stop and then press "Complete". A message will appear noting they scanned the incorrect quantity and ask if they want to continue. They can press "Cancel" to scan again or if continue if correct by pressing YES.

In the Incorrect Scan Reason window, the driver is required to either enter text about the incorrect scan or press "Cancel" to return to the scanning screen. If the driver enters text and presses "Complete" they will be returned to the to sign screen. The entered note from the driver will be synced back into Eclipse as a real-time job queue entry and recorded in the export manifest detail report.

The Deliver App Settings> Manifests screen has an "Allow Manual Package Counts" option. If it is enabled AND the Deliver Web>Settings page "Scan Products Off Truck" option is enabled, drivers will be able to manually enter the package counts without scanning. Note: If the app side setting is enabled but Deliver Web's setting is not enable for the manifest's branch, the driver will not be able to manually enter the package counts.
Double tap on the order to bring up the manual package count prompt.

Sign Orders
Tap the Pencil Icon at the top-right of the Stop Details screen to enter the Sign for Delivery screen.

If the control file Innovo Deliver Photo Required Before Signing is enabled or set for an individual customer, the driver will be required to take a photo at each stop. If the photo has not been taken at the time the Sign icon is tapped, the driver will be prompted to take the photo. When OK is tapped, the camera will open allowing the driver to take the photo.

If the Verify COD was Received setting in Manifest Settings is enabled and there is a COD amount due, the driver will be prompted to verify payment has been received before accepting the signature. After taking the payment, tapping Yes will proceed to the order selection screen.

All orders for the stop are listed on the Sign for Delivery screen. By default, all orders will have a blue checkmark next to them indicating the signature will be applied to those orders.

If the customer does not wish to sign for an individual order, tap on the blue checkmark to deselect it. A popup screen will ask for the Refusal Reason.
If standard comments are defined for Refused Order type, the driver will see the Add Standard Comment button at the bottom of the screen. Tapping this button will allow the driver to select a standard comment, or they can enter their own reason and then tap on Save. The user specified in the control file, Innovo Deliver User to Notify of Stop Discrepancies will receive a real-time job queue with the details.

(Note: Deliver also has a contactless signing feature where driver's can email or text the customer and they can then sign for the orders on their device. Details on that are in our Contactless Signing support article.)
If signed by is required, the Signed By field will automatically be enabled. Enter the Signed By user.
When ready to sign, have the customer sign in the large signature box on the bottom of the screen (on an iPad) or tap the Green Sign bar to have the customer sign on an iPhone. When signing on an iPhone, the screen will automatically rotate to landscape mode for easier signing.
If they don't like the signature, they can tap the Clear button to sign again.
At this point you will be prompted whether or not you are ready to complete this stop. Tap on the blue Yes, complete this stop button to move to the next stop on the manifest, or tap the gray No, make changes to this stop button to make further changes before completing this stop.
If answering yes to complete the stop, the signature, photographs, and comments will all be attached to the invoice in Eclipse at this time, provided Automatically Sync Stops is enabled in the Manifest settings section and there is a good cellular or WiFi signal. This is also the point where your delivery notifications, if set, will happen.
If you have not finished taking photographs or making comments, answer no and make the desired changes. Then, tap the blue checkmark in the upper-right corner and you will again be prompted to complete the stop.
Note: Once the signature has been accepted, you must complete the stop before moving to the next stop.
Once a stop has been completed, the driver will no longer be able to make any changes to that stop including taking photographs and making internal notes, order comments, and line item comments.
When a stop has been completed, a green label will be displayed at the top of the Stop Detail and Order Details screens. The line item comments, order comments, and internal notes text boxes will also be grayed out and will no longer be editable.

Skip Stop
To skip or delay a stop, the driver can tap the Skip Stop Icon at the bottom of the stop details screen, then select either Skip or Delay (or tap Cancel if they do not wish to skip or delay).
Tapping Skip will ask for a skip stop reason. If standard comments are defined for the skipped stop type, the driver will see the Add Standard Comment button on the bottom of the screen. Tapping the Add Standard Comment button will allow the driver to select a standard comment, or they may enter their own comment, and then tap Save. The user specified in the control file, Innovo Deliver User to Notify of Stop Discrepancies will receive a job queue real-time with the details.
Tapping Delay will move that stop to the bottom of the stop listing and continue to the next stop in the stop listing.

To un-skip a stop, simply navigate back to that stop detail screen and tap the Skip Stop icon again.
Order Details
Tapping on an individual order in the Stop Details page will open the Order Details screen. The Order Details screen displays all products on the order including quantity, description and line item notes. If the Innovo SigTouch / Deliver Hide Pricing Default control file is set to N, the prices will be displayed as well as any freight, handling, or tax amounts, and the order total at the bottom-right, of the screen. The PO# for the order is also displayed in orange at the top-right.
If there is an issue with an individual product on the delivery, tapping the button next to the line item will allow the driver to add a line item comment.

An icon will display if an order has any hazardous products, restricted products, or has a balance of less than $0.
- The yellow triangle w/exclamation point icon indicates hazardous products on the order.
- The orange bell w/exclamation point icon indicates restricted products on the order.
- The green dollar sign icon indicates the order has a balance of less than $0.

Line Item Comments
If standard comments are defined for the line item comment type, the driver will see the Add Standard Comment button on the bottom of the screen. Tapping the Add Standard Comment button will allow the driver to select a standard comment, or they may enter their own comment, and then tap Save. The Item Comment icon will then turn blue indicating there is a comment attached to this item. These line item comments will be added to the order once the stop is complete and also noted in the job queue when the driver finishes the delivery on the device. The user specified in the control file, Innovo Deliver User to Notify of Stop Discrepancies will receive a job queue real-time with the details.
Order Photos and Order Comments
A driver may also add photos and enter internal notes or order comments to the order from the Order Details page. These comments/notes will be added to the Eclipse order and also noted in the job queue when the driver finishes the delivery on the device.
1. Tap the camera icon to launch the camera app and take a picture that will be attached to this order only (as opposed to all orders on the stop). The Camera app will open and work the same as taking an image for the whole stop. The driver can also add existing photos from the device's photo gallery. For full details see the Take Photo section above.
When there is a photo attached to an order, the photo icon next to the order will turn blue.
2. Tap the note icon to add an internal note and/or order comment. Internal note is the default. To enter an order comment instead, tap on the Order Comment Header at the top. Tap Cancel to back out of the order comments screen without entering a note.
To edit a note, tap the note icon to bring up the Notes screen again. When there is a note attached to an order, the note icon next to the order will turn blue.

Deleting a Photo
To delete a photo, tap the photo icon at the top again, which will open the camera. Tap Cancel to reveal images already taken, then tap on the thumbnail of the image to be deleted.

When the image zooms in, tap on the trash can icon on the upper-left corner of the image. When prompted to delete the photo, tap Cancel to keep it or OK to delete it.

Show Map
1. Tapping the Show Map icon will display the map with the route from the current location to the delivery address specified.
2. The total distance in miles and total travel time will appear at the bottom of the screen.
3. The Estimated Arrival time is displayed in the top-right part of the screen.
3. To start the turn by turn navigation, tap the green Start Navigation button at the bottom-left of the screen.

To see turn-by-turn directions to the stop from within Deliver, tap the three gray bars at the bottom-right and select Show Directions.
Pin Stop Location on Map (Route Customers Only)
If you are an Innovo Route customer, Deliver has an additional "Enable Map Pin" option in the app's Settings>Mapping screen. When enabled and the driver is working on a manifest that has been created in Route, the driver will have the ability to drop a pin on the map for a stop. That pin location will then be the delivery address in the app for the stop and will also be manually geocoded in Route for all future deliveries to that ship-to customer.
NOTE: If the driver is working a manifest for a branch not also authorized for Route or is working a manifest created in Route that is then updated directly in Eclipse, the pin will not be present. The Pin Stop Location option works with both Google and HERE Industrial Mapping in Deliver.
To pin the stop location, press the pin icon at the top-right.

In the Pin Stop Location screen, the pin will appear at the driver's current location as reported by Location Services on the device. The driver can then tap on the screen to move the pin to the tapped location. Once the correct location has been selected, the driver can press Apply to make it the new stop location. The driver may also press Cancel, to go back to the Stop details screen without changing the stop location.

If a new location is applied, the driver will see menu popups as Deliver updates and loads directions to the new location.

Deliver will then show the stop details and have the updated stop locations as well as updates to the distance and travel time/estimated time.

Copy/Paste Shipping Address
The shipping address can be copied and pasted into the Google Maps or Apple Maps apps on the device. This is helpful when they are looking for other suggested routes. To do so, tap and hold on the shipping address text in the upper-left until you see the "Copy Address" popup message.

Then, open the Google Maps or Apple Maps app and tap and hold in the Address search bar. For both mapping apps, the copied address will appear below to select.

Once it's selected, the address will show on the map in the mapping apps. Tap the Directions button in either app to show the route from the present location to the address.

Managing the Stop
As comments, photos, and signatures are added and stops skipped, the Manifest Details screen will reflect these changes via icons on the right hand side of each stop.
1. Signatures: If the orders for a stop have been signed for, there will either be a green pencil icon or a blue pencil icon and the text for the entire stop will be green. The green pencil indicates the signature has been sent to Eclipse and attached to the order. A blue pencil indicates the signature has been captured, but is not yet synced back into Eclipse.
2. Delivered Time: If the stop is complete, the text will display in green with a Delivered At time.
3. Skipped Stops: If any stops have been skipped, the stop will turn red.
In addition to the icons at the right side of the stop's listing, if a stop is delayed, its stop number will be blue. The current stop is indicated with gray highlighting and an Estimated Arrival time (see stop #4 below).

Complete Manifest
When the last stop on the manifest has been either signed and accepted or skipped, the Complete Manifest screen will appear and ask if the driver is ready to complete the manifest.
If the device has an active cellular connection or WIFI connectivity tap the Yes, complete manifest button to sync the orders back to Eclipse and remove the data from the device. All signatures, item comments, order comments, notes, and photos not already sent to Eclipse will be sent at this time. Note: If the Settings option Automatically Sync Stops is enabled on the device and it has cellular or WIFI connectivity during signing, the signatures and any notes, comments or photos are synced back into Eclipse at that time.
If the device does not have cellular or WIFI connectivity or the driver wants to edit/review the stops and orders on the manifest, they will tap the No, return to deliveries button to be returned to the Manifest Details screen. The stops and orders on the manifest can then be reviewed/edited. When the device has a cellular or WIFI connection again tap the white Complete Manifest text at the top-right of the screen to sync the order details into Eclipse.

Close Manifest Option
If the Close Manifest option is set to Auto-Close if No Issues in Manifests Settings, and there were no skipped stops, refused invoices, or notes taken during the route, the manifest will be automatically closed in Eclipse at this time.
If the Close Manifest option is set to Prompt to Close, the driver will be prompted to close the manifest once all stops have been completed. The only time the driver will not see this prompt is if there was a skipped stop on the route or a refused invoice. Otherwise, this prompt will display. Tap the Yes, close the Manifest button to close the manifest in Eclipse, which will start the billing process (i.e. flip the print statuses on the orders). Tap the No, leave the Manifest open button to have someone to review any issues before manually closing in Eclipse.

If the No, return to Manifest option is selected when the manifest is completed, returning to the Stops screen will reflect the manifest has been completed by displaying all stops in green text and show the complete manifest icon with the text Complete Manifest on the top-right.
Tap this Complete Manifest text to sync the completed manifest back to Eclipse. A progress bar and message text will appear indicating the data is being sent back to Eclipse. When the sync is complete the message "Manifest has been submitted!" will appear. Tap OK to begin Take Me Home, if enabled. Otherwise, the app goes back to the main screen, and the manifest will no longer appear in the Select Manifest screen.

Take Me Home
If Take Me Home is enabled in the Settings>Mapping screen, the navigation screen will appear once the manifest has been completed on the device. To begin navigation, tap the green Start Navigation button in the bottom-left corner. This will open either the Apple Maps or Google Maps app depending on the Map Navigation preference in Mapping Settings on the device, and provide directions back to the Home branch (The branch listed on the manifest).

Deliver will automatically complete the Take Me Home step when the driver is within 0.1 mile of the home branch and moving less than 5 mph. If the driver does not return close enough for the automatic completion, they can tap the checkbox at the top-left corner of the Take Me Home screen to complete it manually.
Note: If the "Restrict Take Me Home to Geofence" option is also enabled in the app's Settings>Mapping screen, the driver can only complete the Take Me Home step if they are within the 0.1 geofence of the home branch of the manifest.
If the driver does not tap the Complete Take Me Home checkmark in the top-right of the screen when they return to their home branch, the app will automatically complete it for them when they are within 0.1 mile of the home branch and moving less than 5 mph.

Resetting a Manifest
Resetting a manifest will stop any progress made on the manifest. To reset a manifest, swipe left on the manifest on the manifest details screen, then tap the red Reset Manifest button on the far right.
Note: Any changes to the orders, such as comments, notes, photos, and signatures will be lost and the manifest will reappear in the Select Manifest list and will no longer be in progress. If the Require Passcode to Reset Manifest setting has been enabled in the Security Settings, a four-digit pin number will be required to reset a manifest.

Managing Multiple Manifests
You may work on more than one manifest at a time.
To add additional manifests simply tap the + Add Manifest bar at the bottom of the screen to select another manifest. If you have already started the Pre Trip Stop Adjustments, tap the white arrow at the top-left of the Manifest Details screen to return to the Deliver main screen. From there, tap the green + Add Manifest bar at the bottom and select another manifest.
By default, each manifest is added separately and must be delivered separately. Start the first manifest, make the deliveries, then, when the second manifest is ready to be started, select it from the main screen to proceed to its Pre Trip Stop Adjustment screen and make adjustments. Tap Start when ready to begin the second manifest.

Combining Manifests
When the Combine Multiple Manifests setting in Mapping settings is enabled, all selected manifests will be combined into a single route. As the manifests are selected they will appear in the same section on the home screen.

On the Pre Trip Stop Adjustment screen, stops will be grouped across manifests, and the route will be managed as a single route.

As the last stop on each manifest is completed, you will be prompted whether or not you would like to complete the manifest.

If you answer No, go to the next stop, you will be prompted to complete all currently completed manifests when all the stops for the next manifest are completed.

If you answer Yes, complete manifests, the manifest(s) will be completed, and, if the Close Manifest setting is set to Prompt to Close, you will also be asked if you would like to close the manifest(s).

If you answer No, leave the Manifest open, you will be prompted for the Reason for Not Closing. Enter the reason and tap Save. The reason for not closing will be added to the completed manifest job queue.

Resetting Combined Manifests
When there are multiple combined manifests on the device, they can still be reset. Swiping right to left on the combined manifest will show the Reset Manifest option which when you tap it, you will be asked to select which manifest you want to reset. If you want to reset all manifests, you will need to repeat for all manifests.
