Deliver Maintenance & User Defined Screens

The Innovo User Defined Screens can be reached by going to the appropriate maintenance area, loading the customer or contact, and then pressing Alt-F1 (Eterm) or Ctrl-F1 (Solar). The function key may differ if your system already has a screen in the F1 position, so you may need to try Alt or Ctrl-F2, etc.

Customer Maintenance

1. Hide Pricing in SigTouch

This setting allows you to hide pricing in Deliver. There is also a control file where you can show/hide pricing for all customers and then override here at the individual customer level. Please see the control file "Innovo SigTouch / Deliver Hide Pricing Default" for more information. If this setting is blank, the control file will be respected.

2. Deliver Notification Number

Allows you to set a default cell phone number that will receive SMS text messages for the four different Delivery Notification types that are available. This can be overridden at the Order Level on the Innovo Delivery Notification User Defined Screen.

This number can also be maintained in the Customer Setup section of Deliver Web -> Notifications tab in the Customer Portal. The user defined field in Eclipse and the Portal will be kept in sync at all times, allowing the maintenance to be done in either place.

3. Deliver User to be Messaged on Signature Upload

When a signature is captured during the delivery route and updated to Eclipse real-time, you can set a user or message group to be messaged at the individual customer level. If this is not set, the system will look to the control file, "Innovo Deliver Send Message on Manifest Signature Upload" which can be set to the Inside Salesperson, Outside Salesperson, or Order Writer.  The message will include the sales order and ship-to customer index.

4. Deliver Require Photo Before Signing

When enabled, the driver will be required to take at least one photo for any stops for this customer.

Note: If there are multiple orders on the stop, any photos taken at the stop level will be added to each order. The driver also has the option of taking photos at the order level.

Contact Maintenance

Delivery Confirmation (from the Notifications hotkey window)

When a delivery is made through Deliver, you can send automatic push notifications to your customer with the delivery details. Check this box for all contacts you wish to receive these notifications. This requires the customer contact to have OE Touch loaded on their device, and the customer must be set up in the Deliver Web -> Notifications section of the Customer Portal.

Product Maintenance

Items in Eclipse can now be flagged as “restricted.”  This may included products you want to draw attention to as they may be too large for certain trucks.

A new User Defined (UD) screen will be installed in Product Maintenance and will be added to the first available F-key.

Any product that has a restriction defined in Eclipse will appear in Deliver with an orange bell icon w/exclamation point indicating restricted products on the stop.

Order Entry

You can send pre-and-post email and SMS delivery notifications to your customer. All of this setup can be found in our Getting Started with Notifications section. If you would like to override the email and/or SMS used at an order level you can do that using the Innovo Delivery Notification UD screen. This is a great option if you only want to notify your customer about specific orders.

The user defined screen can be added to the Order Entry body, header, or status screen.

Step 1: From the desired screen, press alt-F12 in Eterm or ctrl-F12 in Solar

Step 2: Enter the Screen ID and Pass ID to the desired F-key, as shown below.

The Innovo Delivery Notification UD screen allows you to override the SMS and/or email on an order-by-order basis or disable a notification from going out on this order. You can enter multiple comma delimited phone numbers to receive SMS texts, up to 35 characters. For email notifications, you can enter multiple comma delimited email addresses, up to 50 characters.
