The Info Touch dashboard is a customizable snapshot of company performance information. The dashboard allows you to create custom charts displaying the information that is important to you as well as the Eclipse business summary data.
Business Summary Overview
The information shown in the Business Summary Overview (upper left portion of the screen) reflects the same data you would see in your Eclipse Business Summary.
Note: The bottom-right corner of the Business Summary will indicate if the Dashboard Refresh option is enabled or disabled. If enabled, it will read "Disable Dashboard Refresh". If disabled, it will read Enable Dashboard Refresh". Pressing the text will disable or enable depending on the current state. For more information on the Dashboard Refresh option, please see our App Settings article.
Dashboard Charts
The charts that appear are fully customizable graphs and tables. In addition to the Business Summary Overview information, the first page of the dashboard will show 4 charts. The system is pre-configured to show Sales, COGS, GP$, and GP%.
Each chart on the dashboard can be viewed fullscreen by pressing on the chart.

This full-page view allows you to change the chart display type. You can choose between a bar chart, line chart, and a table of data. To change the chart type, press the icons in the lower-left portion of the screen. When you select a chart type and close the full-page view, the new chart type will also be shown on your main dashboard screen.
The full-page view also allows you to change the Branch/Territory used as the data source, as well as the Date Range, and Cost Type. Any changes to these settings will also be shown on your main dashboard screen after closing and will be saved for future use of Info Touch.
To return to the Dashboard, press the Close button at the lower right corner of the screen.
Branch / Territory Selection
The Branch / Territory selection will filter the data to only show sales information for the branch or territory. You only be able to select and view data for branches or territories you have access to in Eclipse, unless alternative access is setup in the Info Touch screen on the Innovo Mobile User Authorizations screen off of User Maintenance in Eclipse. More information on this can be found here. By default, Info Touch will use the ALL option.
As Of Date
Press on the As of Date text to display the above selection window.
- As of Date Select the date to be used as the current date in the business summary dashboard and used to calculate time period settings.
- Time Period Select the time period used to display all chart information.
- Compare With Display up to three time periods to display in the charts.
Press Done at the top-right to refresh the Dashboard with the new settings. You can also press Cancel and will return to your previous settings.
Cost Type
Cost Type allows you to see information in the Business Summary dashboard in terms of COGS of Comm Cost and is used for calculating GP$ and GP%.
