Logging In / Out

A valid email address is required to access the application. Please see the Innovo Customer Portal Documentation for more information.

Enter an email address and password, then click the Log in button.

To reset the password, press the Forgot Password? button and enter the email address associated with the account. A reset password email will then be sent to that email address.

Check the Remember Me box to have the username saved on logout.

To log out, press the button at the top left corner of any screen in Info Touch to display the Sidebar menu. Then press Settings. The Logout button is at the bottom of the Settings screen. Press it to logout. Note: If enabled, the Logout on Close setting will log out of Info Touch any time you leave the app. This includes switching to another app, going to the home screen, force closing the app, locking the screen, or resuming from sleep mode.
