G/L Comparison

The G/L Comparison page gives you the opportunity to view multiple charts on one grid or graph.

This can be useful for things like comparing sales at one branch to another.

The Charts option allows you to select one or more charts to display.  Press any chart on the list to select/deselect the chart.  All charts that are highlighted in black will show together on the G/L Comparison.  In the example to the right, the Sales, COGS, and GP$ charts will all display and can be compared side by side.

The branch selection will limit the G/L Comparison data to only data corresponding to the selected branch(es).  You will only be able to select and view data for branches you have access to in Eclipse.

When this menu item is selected Info Touch displays multiple options for viewing specific time periods.

As of Date - Allows you to select which date the Sales Detail will use as the current date for selecting data to display.

Time Period - Allows you to select a specific timeframe of sales detail to display. You can select Fiscal-Year-to-Date, Calendar-Year-to-Date, Last Calendar Year, Last Fiscal year, and Month-to-Date.

Compare With - Allows you to select between Current Year, Previous Year, and Previous 2 Years.

Press Done at the top-right after to return to the Dashboard after making any changes, or cancel to discard any changes.

Some of the screens in Info Touch have viewing options at the bottom-left of the screen. Press on any of them to change between Chart, Graph, or Table View. Press Show Grid/Hide Grid to display or hide grid lines.
