Summary

The Engage Summary page allows you to quickly see information on the most recent campaigns sent from your portal. Use the blue bar at the top to navigate to detailed pages on Engage Segments, Campaigns, New Notifications, and Smart Notifications.

The graph at the top of the page shows the Notification Open Rate for recent campaigns. Campaigns are arranged by date from left (older) to right (newer).

The left axis indicates the number of recipients - Hover your mouse on the colored bar for a given campaign to show date of the campaign and the number of recipients or opened notifications. In the example above, on May 24th, there were 12 recipients, 5 of whom opened the notifications.

Clicking on the colored circle to the left of either of the data keys at the top right of the graph will remove that data from the graph. Click it again to add it back. In the example above, the recipients data is removed so that only the number of opened notifications is displayed.

The Recent Campaigns panel displays the last 10 campaigns, along with its segment, number of recipients, number received, number opened, and campaign date and time.

Clicking on a campaign name takes you to the New Notifications screen, where you can see details of the campaign, and copy it to use again. More on the New Notification page can be found here.

Click the blue More button at the bottom right to go to the Campaigns page, where you can view details on all campaigns, delete previous campaigns, as well as copy and create new campaigns. More on the Campaigns page can be found here.

The Notification Feed panel displays recent Smart Notifications. The feed shows the sender, the first line of the notification, and how long ago it was sent.

You can use enter an email address in the search box at top right to filter the list. Click the Next button at the bottom right corner to see the next set of Smart Notifications.
