New Notification

To create a new Campaign, enter a Campaign Name, select a Product, select/deselect Android and/or iOS, and add the segment(s) you wish to notify. The Recipients list at the right will show all possible recipients when no segment has been selected. As you select a segment or segments for the notification, the Recipients listing will filter to show only those that match your segment selection(s). The Recipients listing will also show the User's user name, and their device name.

The recipients listing to the right indicates how many will receive the notification, in this case, 14. Only the first 8 are shown, to see them all, click Show All at the bottom right. You can also click the X located in the upper left corner of each recipient in the list to remove that individual from this campaign notification.

You can utilize deep links in the notification where the user can tap on the notification, and the deep link will take the user to the desired web page, product detail page, promo, or resource page in the app.

• Web - Enter the full URL of the web page. Example: https://goinnovo.com/products/oe-touch/
• Product - Enter the Eclipse part number without the period prefix. Example: 111923
• Promo - Enter the exact product family ID of the promotion set up in the Innovo OE Touch Promotions control file.
• Resource - Enter the exact name of the resource page set up in the portal in Manage > Content. For more detail on setting up content in Resources, go to the OE Touch Custom Content topic here.    

Enter your message. There is a 180 character message limit. As you enter a message, the counter at the bottom indicates how many remain.

When you are done creating the notification, click Send Notification to send it immediately. If you want to save the notification to edit or send later, select Save Draft. To discard the notification, click Cancel.
