OE Touch Authorization Keys

This key is required for an employee to view the Account Inquiry section in My Account.

This key is required for an employee to see COGS in the app (cart and quote). If they do not have this auth key but are given an order view with COGS, COGS and GP% will display as "---".

This key is required for an employee to see COMM cost in the app (cart and quote). If they do not have this auth key but are given an order view with COMM cost, COMM cost and GP% will display as "---".

This key is required for an employee to search for customers in the app.

This key is required for employees to see basis fields "Order COGS" and "Order Cost" in the "Unit Price / Formula" order view in both the cart and existing quotes.

This key is required for an employee to edit price from the shopping cart and required to edit quotes.

This key allows you to limit the customers an employee may search for in the app. If set to level 1, an employee must be either the inside or outside salesperson on the customers’ account. This setting affects Eclipse as well, so please review before activating.
