Mobile Order Entry Submit
OE Touch uses the Mobile Order Entry Submit trigger when a new order is placed through the application. An email with a PDF attachment of the order is emailed to the email or distribution list set up in the trigger.
Setting Automatic Email Addresses
You can set an automatic email address to receive the email rather than a specific email address. Once you have set up the Trigger Description and Activity Description on the activity trigger setup screen, go to the Activity Properties screen to set up the email. Click on the dropdown next to the To, CC, or BCC and select the appropriate option for the receiving party.
Note: Set the "To" address to ** AUTO ** if you only want the contact that created the order to receive the email.

Setting up Multiple Customers at Once
Bill-To
The Bill-To customer will be automatically checked if the Ship-To customer does not have the activity trigger set up. So, you can configure at the Bill-To to cover all the Ship-To accounts at once. If you have a specific Ship-To that needs to be set up differently, just set that activity trigger at the Ship-To level.
Inheritance
If you use the Activity Trigger Default Inherit control file, you can also set up the branch customer entity with the activity trigger and its settings will apply to any customer that does not have anything set up at the Ship-To or Bill-To level.
Note: We do not recommend enabling this control file just for this activity trigger. Please check with your Eclipse admin as this control file has system-wide implications.

Additionally, if you use the above control file and the Corporate Customer control file, the Corporate Customer entity will be used after checking the branch entity.
The full hierarchy for Inheritance is Ship-To, Bill-To, branch entity, corporate customer control file.

Note: If you don't already have either the "Activity Trigger Default Inherit" or "Corporate Customer" control files set up we DO NOT recommend enabling them just for this as they have other Eclipse implications outside of Innovo.
Default "From" Email Address
When the Mobile Order Entry Submit activity trigger is set up to email the order, the email address set in User Maintenance is used for orders placed by employee users. If the order is placed by a customer user or if the employee's email address is not set, then the email address set in the control file "Default E-mail From Name", is used. If not set, then the Unix login ID for the Innovo service is used with the domain name of your system, for example "innovo@yourdomain.com".
We recommend setting the control file, "Default E-mail From Name", with a valid email address within your domain.
