Innovo OE Touch Usage Report

The Innovo OE Touch Usage Report will show you all of the activity that has happened in the app during the specified date-range. More importantly however, it will give you insight into how many of your customer and employee orders are being converted into real orders. There is an option to see only sales transactions and that is how we suggest you use it. Even though this report can give you insight into what your customers are doing in the app - searching for product, utilizing product groups, viewing their reorder pad - it won't provide you information on what they are searching for or what products they are viewing. To see what they are searching for or what they are viewing, please use Discover accessed from the Innovo Customer Portal. Documentation for Discover can be found here.

The report is called NOVO.DVR.USAGE.REPORT. You can add this report to any menu or run it directly from the program editor.

  • Start Date*
  • End Date*
  • User Type - Select either Customer, Employee or Both
  • Sales Usage - Select Include to see all transactions including sales orders. Select Only to limit the report to Sales Order transactions only.

You have all the standard Eclipse options of printing, sending to your hold file, emailing, and scheduling under options as well as variable dating for both the start and end dates.

This report is designed to be exported into Excel. The following columns are displayed:

  • Type - The user type will be either C-Customer or E-Employee.
  • UserName - This will be the WOE login for customers or the Eclipse User ID for employees.
  • Date - The date the activity took place.
