ePad Settings Maintenance
* Solar Close Counter only
Signatures taken through the app in will be stored in the storage profile ID set in the "Signature attachment profile" setting on this screen. Note, this is branch specific, so you will want to set this for each branch where you are using Signature Touch.
Press F2->F->S to find this screen in Eterm or search for ePad Settings in Solar.
User Defined Screens
The Innovo User Defined Screens can be reached by going to the appropriate maintenance area, loading the customer or contact, and then pressing Alt-F1 (Eterm) or Ctrl-F1 (Solar). The function key may differ if your system already has a screen in the F1 position, so you may need to try Alt or Ctrl-F2, F3, etc.
Customer Maintenance
"Hide Pricing in SigTouch"
This setting allows you to hide pricing in Counter and Will-Call modes in SigTouch and in Deliver. There is also a control file where you can show/hide pricing for all customers and then override here at the individual customer level. Please see the control file "Innovo SigTouch / Deliver Hide Pricing Default" for more information. If this setting is blank, the control file will be respected.
