InfoTouch can also be accessed from any Apple iPhone Generation 5 or newer. All standard Info Touch functionality is present on the iPhone, but there are display and navigation differences. This article covers those display and navigation differences specifically. Users should consult the Info Touch App User Guide's full set of articles for a complete review of the App.
Business Summary
The iPhone does not display the Dashboard page like the iPad does. Instead, the first page shown in the App is the Business Summary.
Branches - To change the Branch or Territory used for the data, press the BR: text at the top-left of the screen.
As Of - To change the As of Date for the business summary, press the As of: text in the middle of the screen and then make any adjustments.
Cost Type - To change the Cost Type, press Cost Type: at the top-right corner of the screen and them make any adjustments.
Sales Detail
The Sales Detail page will display the Sales, Cost, and GP% for each of the Sales accounts you have setup in your Eclipse G/L.
Branches - To change the Branch or Territory used for the data, press the BR: text at the top-left of the screen.
Detail Period / As of Date/ Detail Level- To change the Detail Period, As of Date, or Detail Level for the business summary, press the As of: text at the top-left of the screen and then make any adjustments.
Detail Period - The options are One Day, Month-to-Date, Year-to-Date, and Custom Range. Selecting Custom Range will replace the As of Date field with Start Date and End Date fields. Tap on them to set the specific start and end dates.
As of Date - Allows you to select the start date used for the One Day, Month-to-Date, and Year-to-Date Period Options. Press to select a date.
Detail Level - The choices are Summary or Detail. Detail breaks out data by Stock, Direct, and Credit amounts.
Cost Type - Cost Type gives you the opportunity to specify if you want to use Cost or COGS as the cost to display and for calculating GP%. Press the COGS text at the top-left to make any adjustments.
Zeros - This gives you the option to show or hide sales accounts with a zero balance for the selected period.
Charts
The Charts screen lists all of your charts and also allows includes the G/L Comparison.
Deleting or Reordering Charts - Press the Edit button at the top left to Delete a chart or reorder the charts in the listing. Reordering and deleting charts on the iPhone is the same as the iPad. Details are found here.
Create a New Chart - Press the Add button to create a new chart. Creating charts on the iPhone is the same as the iPad, except there is no Hide From Dashboard option. Details on adding charts can be found here.
Edit Existing Charts - Press the circled blue i icon that is to the right of each chart name to edit the chart's setup. Editing charts on the iPhone is the same as the iPad, except there is no Hide From Dashboard option. Editing details can be found here.
Press the Restore Default Charts to reset the charts to their original configuration.
Press on the name of any chart in the My Charts listing to view the chart full screen.
The full-screen chart view also allows you to change the Branch/Territory used as the data source, as well as the Date Range and Cost Type. Any changes to these settings will also be shown on your main dashboard screen after closing.

As Of - To change the As of Date for the business summary, press the As of: text at the top-right of the screen and then make any adjustments.
To change the chart type between a bar chart, line chart and a table, press the icons in the lower left of the screen. When you select a chart type and close the full-page view, the new chart type will also be shown on your main dashboard screen. The Show Grid button adds grid lines to the chart.
Press Close at the bottom right corner to return to the Charts screen.
G/L Comparison
Press "G\L Comparision" above the My Charts listing to compare your charts.
To select/deselect charts for comparison, press the Charts button at the top right corner. Selected Charts have a black background in the drop-down listing.
The Branches button, As Of button, Chart Display buttons, Show Grid button, and Close buttons function as described in the Charts step above.
Chart Refresh
If you use InfoTouch across multiple devices, it is easy to keep them in sync. Just drag a finger to pull down on the Charts screen to sync any chart changes made from another device.
Settings
Percent Decimal
Percent Decimal - With this setting you can display percentages as whole numbers, or to the first or second decimal place (1/10 or 1/100 of a percent). Press on the current setting to show all three options. The current option has a black background. Press on any of the entries to select it.
Dollar Decimal
Dollar Decimal - To display decimal values for any dollar amounts, enable this setting.
Grid Defaults On
Grid Defaults On - To display grid marks on your charts like the ones shown above, enable this setting.
Logout on Close
When enabled, the Logout on Close setting will log out of Info Touch any time you leave the app. This includes switching to another app, going to the home screen, force closing the app, locking the screen, or resuming from sleep mode.
Account
Account - This displays the Eclipse account being used for the Info Touch data. Press on the account listed to bring up the Account screen. The current account is shown with a black background. Press on an account name in the listing to select it. Enter a search term in the Search box at the top to refine the listing.
Username
Username - This displays the username (i.e. email address) of the currently logged in Info Touch user.
Logout
Logout - Press the Logout button to log out of Info Touch.
