Once a product has been selected, your Innovo product licensing information will display. You can also see all of the users that have been invited to use the app. There are three option to select from:: All, Active, and Not Logged In.
Select a Product
All data shown on the Subscriptions page is based on the product selected in the Subscriptions drop down at the top left. Make sure the product you are interested in is selected before reviewing the table data.
The license type and # of devices in use for that product are shown below the App drop down.
All Users
The All Users table shows all users that have been invited to use the app, along with their username and ERP username.
Click on any of the column names to order the table by that column data and to toggle between ascending and descending order. A blue arrow will indicate which column is being used to sort and the direction of the sort.
Active Users
The Active Users table shows all users that have logged into the app at least once, along with their username, ERP Username, # of devices they have logged into the app with, and last date they accessed the app.
Click on a user's name in the Active Users table to open up that user's profile page. For more about the User Profile page, please click here.
Not Logged In
The Not Logged In table shows all users that have been invited to use the app, but have not yet logged in. The table displays their name, username, ERP username, and the date they were invited to the app.
Deleting Users
Click to check the box to the left of any users to be deleted. Then click the red garbage can icon to delete.
A popup window will ask you to confirm the deletion. Click cancel to keep the User's accounts intact. Click the blue Continue button to delete the users.
Re-Inviting a User That Has Not Installed the App
The Not Installed table also allows you to re-invite users. To do so, check the box the left of the user's name, then click the blue Envelope icon at the top or bottom of the table. The Invite User popup will appear. Click the blue Invite button to send the user another invite email. Note: The re-invite email will auto-generate a new password for the user.
Exporting Data
Click the green cloud button to export the table data for the selected drop down. More information on exporting data can be found here.
Note: For the Deliver Web and Route, the users Role will display in the export when downloading from the All Users table.
