View the videos below for detailed instructions on adding custom content to your Resources Page
The Content page is where you can create custom email templates for your App Invite emails, as well as create custom pages that appear in the Resources section of the OE Touch App.

Before you begin creating email templates or OE Touch custom pages, check the Account drop down to ensure the content you create is associated with the correct account. If you only have a single Production account, the drop down will default to use it.
Creating, Editing, and Deleting Email Invite Templates

To create, edit, or delete email templates, begin by selecting Email Templates from the drop down box just below the Account drop down.
Create a New Email Template

Click the yellow New button to the right and then enter a name for the template.
Note: The template name "PasswordReset" is reserved for customizing the email that is sent out if an app user clicks on the "? Forgot Password" link on our App login pages. If you want to customize the password reset email message, create an email template named "PasswordReset", enter the message you want to send users, then click the blue Save button. The PasswordReset template will then replace the default Password Reset email that is sent out when a user clicks the "? Forgot Password" link on any of our App login pages. NOTE: To add a the password reset link to your PasswordReset template, use our @applink token as it will add the password link when used with this specific template name.

1) After clicking create, the new template's name will appear to the right of the Email Templates drop down, indicating this is the email template being edited.
2) Type the custom message in the body of the template.
In the example above, there are seven words that begin with the @ symbol. These are variables that will automatically fill in information as follows:
@company fills in your company name.
@subject allows you to create a custom subject line. If you are going to us a custom subject, the @subject variable should be used on the first line of the template body and only contain the @subject followed by your customer subject text. Please do not use any custom styles/html on this line. When viewed in raw html (last button on the right in the rich text editor bar at the top), the line should look like this: <div>@subject Some Subject</div>
@product fills in the product name that is selected in the invite popup window.
@applink links directly to the App in the Apple App Store.
@playlink links directly to the App in the Google Play Store (OE Touch Only).
@username fills in the user or contact’s email address from the invite.
@password generates a temporary password that the user will be asked to reset to a permanent password after logging into an app for the first time.
@webusername fills in the contact's WOE username from Eclipse - Not applicabile for Johnstone customers.
@webpassword fills in the contact's WOE password from Eclipse - Not applicable for Johnstone customers.
3) The editor bar at the top allows you to modify the font, add web links, pictures, etc.
4) If you want this template to be the default template used when you invite a user to an Innovo App, check the box to the left of the word Default.
5) When the email template is complete, click the blue Save button in the upper-right corner.
6) Clicking the ? icon displays a popup window listing all of the variables (see image below)

The new email template can now be selected from the Template drop down menu in the Invite popup window. Once selected, the body of the email template will appear below. Note: If you used the @subject variable in your email template, that custom subject will appear in the template's subject area and is editable.
