The Manage-->Settings page is where you can view your account information, as well as set up the email address where OE Touch Sign Up requests will be delivered.
The Accounts listing shows all Eclipse accounts we have setup to use our Apps. The web address and port being used for the connection are listed below the account name.
Click the blue Edit text to the right of an account's listing to view further details.

The Edit Account window lists the Account name, the host (IP address or DNS name), the port we are using to connect, if it is setup for SSL, the email address where OE Touch Sign Up requests are sent, and if the account is using an email relay.
The Email Notification field is for OE Touch Customers only. The login screen of OE Touch has a Sign Up button so users can request a login account. When clicked, the user enters their name, company name, email address, and phone number. When they click the Request Account button, their information is emailed to the email address (or list of email addresses separated by comma) listed in this field. Note: If you do not have an email address in this field and a user tries to request an account, they will see a popup message that "This Feature is Disabled". Note: This field is not applicable for OE Touch apps with the option to redirect customers to a sign up web form URL. For more information, see "Sign up" Button options on the Branding Requirements form.
All other items are for viewing only.
Health Check
Every night we run a health check that verifies our service is up and running on your web server. If there is an issue, we are notified and can proactively follow-up with you. To receive the notification email directly, enter in an email or multiple e-mail (comma delimited) in the Health Check box. If there is an issue with our service, you will receive an email with additional details.
Twilio

Enter your Account SID, Auth Token, and Phone Number from your Twilio account information. For more information on setting up your Twilio account, see our tech tip article on getting started with Twilio. Note: The number you enter here must be a number you buy from Twilio. The free trial number will not work to send notifications.
You can test your Twilio settings at any time by pressing the "Test" button:

Enter a phone number that you want to use to test sending an SMS message to from Twilio, then press "Send". If successful, a green message will indicate the SMS message was sent and the device with the number you entered will receive the following text message: "This is a test message from Innovo". We recommend making sure you can successfully send notifications with our test feature before moving forward to set up Customers to receive SMS notifications.
