You must uninstall any existing ePad software before configuration.
Configure Terminal Maintenance
In Solar, navigate to the Terminal Setup screen (System -> System Files -> Terminal Setup)
- Highlight your terminal ID from the listing on the left-hand side and select, Signature Capture URL...
- Enter http://internal IP address of your web server:6080 /innovo/api/sigcap/solarcc/capture (please see above for an example)
- Click "OK" as you back out of the menus (never click "Cancel" during this process or you may lose the URL setting)
- You must log out and back into Solar for the change to take effect.
- In Closed Counter, find an order ready for signature and you should see the "Ready to Sign" text display in the signature window
Important Note
Epicor designed the Signature Capture URL mod to work within Solar Closed Counter. In order to make this work correctly, you MUST enter a "Signed By" name and move your cursor out of the field BEFORE having your customer sign on the iPad.
