NOTE: This article details the settings of Signature Touch that are present for both counter and will call modes. Please see the specific mode-based settings articles for information specific to each mode.
ACCOUNT INFORMATION
User: Displays the login ID used to access the App
ERP Account: Displays the Eclipse Account used by Signature Touch. Tap on the > button to display all available accounts. To switch accounts, tap the > button, then tap the account name to select it. The currently selected account will be highlighted in gray. Typically, there will be a Production account listed and there may also be an Internal account listed. If present, internal accounts point to the internal IP address of the server and are for Counter mode use. There may also be a stage or train account listed, which is a non-production Eclipse account used for testing or training.
Logging Out
To Log Out of the application, tap the Log Out text below the ERP Account information.
Signature Touch Mode
The Signature Touch Mode setting has two supported modes: Counter and Will Call. Tap on the desired mode name to select it. When selected, it will show a blue checkmark to the right.
Other than the Settings Passcode area at the bottom of the Settings screen the following settings are specific to the Counter and Will Call modes. The rest of the options on the Settings screen are based on the selected Signature Touch Mode. Please refer to the specific article for each of the usage modes for further details about these settings.
Branch
The Branches screen will display all branches that have been authorized for Signature Touch. Tap the branch name to select it. A blue checkmark indicates the branch or branches that are selected. Tap Save.
- Counter mode: Select a single branch which must match either the price or ship branch of the order.
- Will Call mode: Select one or more branches that will be used to filter the invoice list to only those invoices matching either the Price branch or Ship branch.
Contactless Signature Enabled
Enabling the Contactless Signature Enabled allows the terminal operator or will call mode user to display the QR code option of our Contactless Signature delivery methods. For full details please see our Contactless Signature article, found here: XXXX
Banner Type / Banner URL / Always Reset Banner URL
The banner settings apply to both Counter and Will Call modes. Details on the various banner settings can be found here.
Settings Passcode
A passcode allows you set a 4-digit numeric code which must be entered in order to access the Settings screen. Once all Signature Touch settings are in place and tested, we recommend turning the passcode on so the app's settings cannot be accidentally changed.
Turn on Settings Passcode: Tap on the Turn On Settings Passcode text. Enter a 4-digit numeric passcode and re-enter it to confirm. Tap the blue Done button at the upper-right corner of the Settings screen to save.
Turn off Settings Passcode: Enter the passcode to get into the Settings screen, then tap Turn off Settings Passcode.
Change Settings Passcode: To change the passcode, enter the existing passcode to get into the Settings screen, and tap Change Settings Passcode. Enter the current passcode and enter a new passcode and reconfirm it.
