To sign orders issued from a specific terminal, tap on Signature Touch Mode from the settings screen and select Counter.
General Settings

Contactless Signature Enabled
Contactless Signing at the counter allows your customers to sign for orders on their own device. This is supported in counter mode, will-call mode, and on your delivery trucks. In counter mode, you can either send your customer a link via email or SMS or you can display a QR code on the iPad where they can take a picture and bring up the link on their own device.
To enable the QR code feature at the counter, you must enable the Contactless Signature Enabled option in counter mode settings. This allows the iPad to "listen" for the order and automatically display the QR code. For more details on Contactless Signing, click here.

Terminal ID
The Terminal ID option in the Counter Mode heading must be configured. The terminal ID entered here must match the ID of the Eclipse terminal that will be used to enter and process the order. The terminal ID is set on the System Files menu in Eterm and in Preferences in Solar Eclipse.
NOTE: Terminal ID's are case sensitive and each work station at the branch must have a unique terminal ID.
Network Request Retry Interval
This setting determines the amount of time it takes Signature Touch to time out when trying to connect to the server and the connection fails. If you are experiencing poor connectivity, timeouts, or other network timing issues, adjusting this setting may help. Please contact Innovo support before making any changes to this setting.
