Exporting the Part List

You can export the Part List in a .csv format. The export can be run immediately and downloaded, or scheduled to send via email.

Adding Products

Within the Part List Page, create a new Customer Part# by using the Add Product button.

In order to access this, a distributor employee must be authorized to edit customer part #'s. For a customer employee, the customer or contact mut be authorized to edit customer part #'s, and the Product Download setting cannot be None. More information about these settings can be found here.

Once you click Add Product, the products you are authorized to search will display with the following information:

Product Image: if available

You can sort a column by clicking the up or down arrows next to a column heading.

You can also search for a product in the search box by using the Eclipse Product ID, description or keywords. When using Eclipse Product ID, you must include a period in front of the ID.

Once you find the product, click on the product row to launch the Product Detail Page.

Enter in the following information as needed:

1. Sku# - Customer Part #

2. Location

3. Min

4. Max

5. Onhand - only enter in an on-hand quantity for a non-consignment customer.

6. Click Create to save the product. This updates the Eclipse Customer Part Number screen in Eclipse.

Delete a Customer Part Number

If authorized, you can delete a customer part number from the Product Detail screen. You will see a pop-up to confirm you want to delete this part number. Click Yes to continue. This will also remove the item in Eclipse from the Customer Part Number screen.

Note: This will remove the customer on-hands for a non-consignment customer. For a consignment customer, you must return the material with a return consignment transfer in Eclipse.

You will see a Success message after the item has been successfully deleted.
