Home/Dashboard

The dashboard provides an overview of a Customer's inventory, inventory metrics, transactions, and suggested min/max savings. You can drill into specific Ship-To accounts, change the date range, and view information about inventory status and metrics. You can also view top products and most recent orders.

My Profile - Customer Employee

When a customer employee is logged in, they will see their profile name and customer account name. If they click on their name, they will see the settings that have been assigned to them. This information cannot be changed here.

My Profile - Distributor Employee

When a distributor employee is logged in, they will see their name, email, ERP User ID, Role, and the Edit Part Numbers setting.

Note: If a customer is not tracking their own on-hands, the calculations will assume on-hand = Max.
