Getting Around

Logging In/Out

To login, enter the username (your email address) and password provided by your administrator.

Tap Remember Me to have the app remember your username so you won't have to enter it again if you log out of the app. You will also be able to use Touch ID or Face ID depending on your device capabilities. For more information on Settings, click here.

To logout, tap the menu bars at the top left corner of the screen to access the slide-out menu, then press Logout.

Forgot Password

If you have forgotten your password, you can tap on the Forgot Password link on the login screen. You will be prompted for your email address and will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

Home Screen

New Order

The New Order menu option gives you access to create a new order via orders mode or stock levels mode, perform a cycle count, or create a return.

Please note: In the Innovo Mobile Customer Authorization screen accessed from Customer Maintenance in Eclipse, there is a setting called Order Types where you can limit customers to only have access to either New Order or Usage. The default setting allows access to both. For more information on this screen, click here.

Note: To delete orders from New Order, Usage, Pending Orders, or History, swipe to the left on the order.

Pending Orders

The Pending Orders menu option allows you to see all orders currently in process and have not yet been submitted. The number of pending orders will display in blue.

History

The History menu option allows you to view all orders that have been submitted from the device.

Usage

 

The Usage menu option gives you access to create a new order via orders mode or stock levels mode, perform a cycle count, or create a return.

Please note: In the Innovo Mobile Customer Authorization screen accessed from Customer Maintenance in Eclipse, there is a setting called Order Types where you can limit customers to only have access to either New Order or Usage. Products

The Products menu option gives you access to the product file loaded on the device.

Please note: In the Innovo Mobile Customer Authorization screen accessed from Customer Maintenance in Eclipse, there is a setting called Product Download where you can remove access to be able to download the product file, or limit access to download only Stock or Nonstock products. The default setting allows access to all. For more information, click here.

Settings

The Settings menu option gives you access to device settings.

Slide-Out Menu

You can access any of the above menu items from anywhere in the app by accessing the slide-out menu. To access the slide-out menu, swipe your finger from left to right across the top of the screen.
