Printing Labels

You now have the ability to print bar code labels directly from StockRoom. For more information on how to configure the wireless printer, click here.

You can print labels for a single product or list of products. To begin printing labels, access the Part Numbers screen from the New Order menu option and then by selecting the desired customer. You will then tap the list icon at the bottom of the screen.

To print a label for a single product, tap on the info icon located to the right of the product.

When a supported label printer is connected, you will see a printer icon on the bottom-right of the screen. Tapping on this icon will display the Print Label screen.

The number of labels will default to 1 but you can adjust that number by entering a new count or by using the plus/minus buttons to the right of the text field.

By default, only the first product description line will be printed on the label. Enable the Multiple Line Description setting to print multiple lines.

There are two label format options: Part Number and Product.

  • Part Number uses the customer part number for the barcode
  • Product uses the internal product ID for the barcode

Select the desired format and press the Print button. The label will print on your connected label printer.

To print labels for multiple products, tap on the Select button. All customer part numbers will be selected by default and then you can use the Deselect All button and tap on only those you want to print or use the Location button to select all products in a certain location. Once you have all of the desired products selected, press the Print icon to take you to the Print Label screen displayed above.
