Settings
Navigate to the Settings Page by clicking on the gear icon in the upper, right corner of the banner page.
1. ERP Account - Defaults to your Production account (if you have a stage instance, you can change it
here for testing)
2. Signature Touch Mode - Select Counter for the Signature Touch Mode
3. Branch - Select the branch this device will be used for (this must match the price and/or ship branch
of orders you will be signing for)
4. Terminal ID - Enter the Terminal ID matching the terminal this iPad will be connected with
(case sensitive)
Banner Setup
In Counter and Will Call modes, the Banner Type setting allows you to play marketing videos, display interactive websites, or display text on the iPad when idle between customer transactions. To show content between transactions, start by selecting the type of content you want to display.
Banner Type: URL
We highly recommend Banner Type URL as this option allows you to display an interactive website or play a video or a video playlist created on YouTube in between customer transactions.
1. Banner URL - enter the URL for the website, YouTube video, or YouTube playlist
2. Always Reset Banner - we recommend you only enable this setting if you are displaying an interactive website, as it will reset to the home page after each signing.
3. Remove Sign Order Button - Only enable if you are playing videos and do not want the button to overlay on the video. For interactive websites, keep disabled.
Best Practice: Creating a YouTube playlist directly on YouTube.com will allow you to enter one URL into the Banner URL field for all iPads and manage the content in one place, YouTube, rather than having to change the URL on all devices when you want to change the video or videos that are displayed.
