Overview

The Route Date will always default to your next business day. Business days are defined in the Settings page. The Route Date will be the manifest date, the date you are delivering the orders. The selected branch must match the ship branch of orders to route, unless the ship via on the order has a delivery branch override. For more information on delivery branch, click here.

Note: You may find it necessary to view routes for previous route dates. We store the past 60 days of route data.

The Order Search section of Route will determine what orders will be routed and eventually placed on manifests. For more information, click here.

The Route Panel allows you to route orders as well as view detailed information about each order on your route. You can move stops from one route to another, un-route stops, and re-arrange stops within an existing route. For more information, click here.

The Route Overview section displays all routes and gives general information for each route including route name, ship-via, driver, trip details (number of stops, distance, time), and weight/load (if enabled in Settings). The Route Overview section also allows you to select routes for side-by-side comparisons, delete routes, print routes, lock/unlock manifests, and create manifests in Eclipse. The Route Detail screen provides a more in-depth view of a single route. You can edit route information, re-arrange stops on the route, add breaks, group or un-group stops (when enabled), and create, lock, and un-lock manifests. For more information, click here.
