The Summary tab summarizes data by branch for every manifest created in Route and completed through the Deliver app.
By default, data will be displayed for the last 90 days but you can change that to a variety of options in addition to using a custom date range.
The Recent Routes table summarizes data per manifest created through Route and completed through Deliver.
The data elements displayed in the table are the following:
- Route - Name of the route
- Start Time - Start time defined on the Route itself (Note: this time does not reflect the actual time the manifest started)
- Manifest - Manifest number
- Driver - Driver defined on the manifest created from Route and device name/Truck name
- # of Stops - Total number of stop on the manifest
- # Late Stops - Total number of stops that did not meet the requested time
- Expected Distance - The estimated distance calculated in miles when the manifest was created in Route (including take me home)
- Total Distance - The actual distance recorded in miles driven while the manifest was active in Deliver
- Distance Diff - The difference in miles between expected and actual
- Expected Time - The estimated time calculated when the manifest was created in Route (including take me home)
- Total Time - The actual time recorded while the manifest is active in Deliver
- Time Diff - The difference between expected and actual
The data elements that are export only (exporting is covered in the Export and Schedule section below) are the following:
- Ship Branch - Manifest branch name or number
- Vehicle - Vehicle name that was assigned or chosen. If one was not chosen, the field will be empty
- Weight - Total weight of all products on the manifest. If a vehicle was chosen, the weight of the vehicle will be included
- Load - Total load of all products on the manifest
- Expected Profit $ - The expected profit calculated when the manifest was created in Route
- Actual Profit $ - The actual profit recorded once the manifest is completed
- Profit Diff - The difference between the expected and actual profit
Filter
The table can be filtered by the following options:
- All - Displays all manifests in order by date and time
- Longer Than Expected - Displays only those manifests where the actual distance/time was greater than the expected distance/time
- Completed - Displays only those manifests completed in Deliver
- Late Stops - Displays only those manifests with at least one late stop
The Daily Routes table summarizes data across all routes on a given Route date.
The data elements displayed in the table are the following:
- Route Date - The date the manifests were created in Route
- # of Routes - Total number of routes for the route date
- # of Stops - Total number of stops across all manifests
- # of Tickets - Total number of tickets across all manifests
- Time Commitments - Total number of stops containing a requested time
- # Late Stops - Total number of stops that did not meet the requested time
- Bad Addresses - Total number of stops that have a red or yellow address accuracy marker
- Pickups - Total number of purchase orders across all manifests
Every manifest from the Recent Route table links directly to the Route Detail page. Once a manifest is selected and the manifest has been completed in Deliver, the overlay feature will display detailing the suggested route vs. driven route. For more information on the Overlay feature, click here.
All data on the Summary page can be exported into tab-delimited CSV files. To export table data, set the time period and branch using the drop-downs at the top-right of the page, then click on the green cloud icon at the top-left or bottom-left of the table.
In the Export popup window, review the columns to be exported. Uncheck columns to remove them from the export. Drag and drop columns to arrange their order in the exported CSV file. When ready, press the Export button at the bottom-right download the file.
You can schedule data exports for all tables form the Summary tab. These data reports are then emailed to users. To create a scheduled email report, tap on the Schedule side of the blue bar at the top of any export popup window on the Summary page.
Add a title, start date (When:), time (At:), repeat setting (daily, weekly, or monthly), then add the email information (email address, subject and message). Use a comma to separate multiple email addresses, for example, "user@business.com, user2@business.com". The press the blue Schedule button to complete.
- Daily - previous 24 hours from At:
- Weekly - previous 7 days from When: and At:
- Monthly - previous 30 days from When: and At:
Scheduled Export emails are sent from no-reply@goinnovo.com. Recipients will want to make sure email from that address is not filtered as spam or whitelist the address if needed.
Viewing and Removing Existing Scheduled Exports
To view all of your scheduled exports, click on the calendar icon at the top-right. The Schedule popup window lists all of your existing scheduled exports, displaying the name, start date and time, repeat frequency, last date and time it was run, and the creator. If you have more than 10 scheduled, the next button allows you to move to the next page of scheduled exports.
To delete a scheduled export, check the box next to the report(s) you wish to delete and then press the red garbage can icon. The report(s) will be immediately deleted.
