The green cloud button can be found on many of the data tables in the Portal. This button allows you to download the table data as a tab-delimited .csv file. The example below details downloading data from the Users table, but the process is essentially the same for all tables that have the export button.
Exporting User Data

Click the green cloud button on any table to bring up the Export popup window.
Exporting Users

From the Users table, click the green cloud icon.
In the Export Users window, you can select/deselect the data to be exported, include or exclude column headings and change the order of the data for the exported file.
Click on the box next to the include column headings text to uncheck and not include column headings. Click on the box next to a column name to uncheck and not include that data in the export.
To change the order of the column data in the export, click and hold on the up/down icon at the right of a column name and drag it to a new position in the listing.
Once you have the export configured, click the blue Export button to download the data.

Data is exported as a tab-delimited.csv file which can be viewed in most spreadsheet applications.
