Login / Logout

To login with Innovo Portal Credentials  enter the same email address and password you use for your Innovo apps. Depending upon your user role or user authorizations in the Portal, you will have different menu option upon login.

To reset your password, click "Forgot?" and enter your email address. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Note: Changing your password for the Portal will also change your password for your Innovo apps.

Activate the "Remember Me" check box if you want your email to be auto-filled the next time you access the Portal. 

To login with Microsoft credentials, tap the Microsoft button.

Enter your Microsoft email address, press next, then enter your password. You can also tap the "Sign-In options" button to see alternate Microsoft login options.

The alternate Microsoft login options are to "Sign In with Windows Hello or a security key" or to "Sign in to an organization". Press either option that may apply to you. The Sign in to an organization option will prompt you to enter your organization information and then direct you to login to its Microsoft login site.

After successfully logging into your Microsoft account, you may be prompted to allow the Innovo Customer Portal permissions. Select "Accept" to continue logging into the Portal with your Microsoft account. You will then be redirected into the Innovo Customer Portal.

To login with Google credentials, tap the Google button.

Enter your Google email address, press next, then enter your password.

After successfully logging into your Google account, you may be prompted to confirm you want to sign in to goinnovo.com as your Google user. Select "Confirm" to continue logging into the Portal with your Google account. You will then be redirected into the Innovo Customer Portal.

You will need to specify the domain we have on file for your company. This allows us to then direct you to your preferred SSO login page. You can find your specific domain by navigating to Manage -> Settings.

The Edit screen in each Portal user's profile page has as setting where you can require a Portal user to use their Microsoft. Google, or SSO credentials for portal access. This screen also displays if the user tied their SSO login to their Portal user. For details on this, please see our Manage: Users support article.

The Log Out button can be found on your profile menu. The profile menu can be accessed by clicking on your name in the top right corner of any page in the Portal. 

If you have multiple Portal logins you can switch between them on the same computer once you have logged in at least once with more than one of your Portal logins.

To switch account, find your currently logged in user displayed at the top-right of the Portal, and click on the dropdown to the right of the displayed name and then select Switch Accounts.
