Dashboard & Navigation

The Dashboard is the opening page of the Portal. To return to the Dashboard page from any other page in the Portal, click on the blue Innovo icon at the top left corner of the page.

At the bottom of the page are icons for each of our products that link to full product descriptions.

The Portal is comprised of three main areas: Engage, Discover, and Manage. Use the navigation bar at the top right of the page to quickly access each area. This navigation bar is present on all pages within the portal.

Click on your username (top-right) to show options to edit your user profile, access the Innovo Support site, and Log Out.

NOTE: By default, when a user is given the Administrator role in the portal, they will have access to the Manage tab. The Engage and Discover tabs are enabled by granting the user access to those areas from the subscriptions panel in their user profile (see image below). More information on granting a user access to additional products is here.

To access your user profile, click on your name at the top right corner of any page in the Portal, then select Edit Profile.

The Edit User window displays your user name and email address and also allows you to change your role and reset your password.

Note: Changing your role to any other than Administrator will revoke your access to the portal. Click the Save button after any Role changes.

Reset Password: Click Reset Password to issue an email with reset instructions to the email address listed in the window.
