The Product Detail screen displays detailed information about the product as well as the ability to add to cart and create a product group. You will see a full size image that you can tap to enlarge, the product description, UPC code, catalog number, and customer part number if one exists. You will also see the customer specific price and availability plus a link to additional product info if there are relevant spec sheets or technical specifications set up for this product in Eclipse.
You have some optional features you can turn on to display in the Product Detail screen.
- List Price - control file enabled for salespeople and Innovo Contact UD screen enabled for customer - will only display if greater than customer price
- Quantity Breaks - control file enabled for both salespeople and customers
- Reminder Messages - control file enabled for both salespeople and customers with option to only show for specified price lines
- Nonstock Comment - control file enabled for both salespeople and customers - only displays for nonstock products

Part Number Display
By default, the first two words of the product description display in this bar. You can enable the internal Eclipse Product Id to display here with a control file in Eclipse.

Product Description
The first three lines of the product description display on the main Product Detail screen. You can press on the product description cell to see the full description if longer than three lines. On both screens you will also see the UPC number, internal Eclipse Product ID (salesperson mode only), catalog number, and customer part number if exists.
Nonstock Comment
If the product is a nonstock, you have the ability to display the nonstock comment defined in the Eclipse control file, Nonstock Comment. The branch is based on the selected customer's home branch.
Customer Price
The price displayed is based on the selected ship-to customer and uses the default price branch defined for the customer. The price branch override at the customer is used if set, otherwise the home branch of the customer is used.
List Price
List Price is only displayed if enabled in Eclipse and if greater than the customer's price.
Quantity Break Pricing

If quantity breaks are used to determine the product's price, you will see a blue info button displayed next to the price. Tapping on this button will display the quantity breaks available.
Please note: The Customer Price listed in Product Detail is based on the lowest break however when you add the product to the shopping cart, the correct break will be respected based on the order quantity.
Availability

The availability displayed is the total availability across the customers' authorized network of branches. You can press on the availability cell to see the breakdown by branch. Note the default shipping branch for the customer will be noted. If you are on a smartphone, Apple or Android, you can press on the phone icon to call the number directly from the app. When the call is completed, you will be taken directly back to the app.
Additional Product Information

This option will only display if there are either spec sheets, manufacturer web sites, or any external references attached to the product or technical specifications pulled in from the PDW. If you drill into an external reference, you will have the ability to email the spec sheet as a PDF or a web site as a link to yourself, customer, or manager by using the "Share" button. You will also have the ability to save a PDF to your device!
Quantity / UOM

The quantity field will display the sell pack quantity if one exists otherwise will display 1. The sell pack quantity will display in terms of the default selling unit of measure. For example, the sell pack is 10 ea for this product but the default selling of measure for this product is bx and there are 10 ea in a bx. If the default selling unit of measure for this product was ea, quantity 10 would display by default in the quantity box.
Tapping the unit of measure box will display a scrolling picker with the available unit of measures at the product level.
Sell Pack Quantity
The sell pack quantity for this product will be displayed and respected during the checkout process. Please see the Checkout article for more information on forcing a sell pack quantity.
If there is no sell pack quantity defined for this product, you will see "1 ea" displayed.
Product Reminder Message

If you are displaying product reminder messages and a message exists on the product, on Apple devices you will see the message in red in the product description box and on Android devices you will see a red flag located above the My Groups button. Tapping on the icon will display the message. Tapping on the icon again will then dismiss the message.
Add to Cart

The Add to Cart button will add the item to the shopping cart with the quantity and unit of measure entered. When an item is added to the cart, a red badge will display on the cart icon with the current number of products in the cart.
My Groups

Product groups are discussed in detail in the Product Groups article. Pressing the Add to Group button will display the available product groups for the customer. You can add the product to an existing group or create a new group using the plus icon.
Alternate Description
*New in release 3.9.0
Displays when Innovo OE Touch Use Alternate Description is set to "Display in Product Detail" and the alternate description is available.
Product History

In Product History, the History tab displays in both customer and employee modes. The Future tab only displays in employee mode. Both tabs display the order number, customer name, the PO#, and order quantity. The History tab displays the invoice ship date and time, and the Future tab displays the current ship date.

In customer mode, you can display past orders for the ship-to account. Only the History tab displays. Tap on the order to view order detail, and it will automatically highlight and scroll to the position of the product.
In employee mode, you can display past orders for only the selected ship-to account, or tap the View Accounts icon in the upper-right to view past orders for all accounts. Employees can also tap on the Future tab to view orders in the future ledger. The View Accounts icon is not available on the Future tab, as all future orders for all accounts are automatically displayed.
