Anonymous Mode
We support an anonymous mode feature that we enable when we post your app to the app stores. This allows users to access your app without logging in however does not allow them to create or view existing orders. If you would like to turn on this feature, please let us know by sending an email to our support team - support@goinnovo.com.
Credentials

A valid email address, Web Order Entry (WOE) login, or Eclipse User ID credentials are required to access the application. Please see the Innovo Customer Portal Documentation for more information. Your customers can tap on the Sign Up button to request a login to use the application. For the simple sign up, they will be required to enter their name, company, email, and phone (optional) and the email will be sent to a designated address you configure in the Innovo Customer Portal. For the web form URL, they will be redirected to the designated web form for requesting a login. For more information on Sign up button options, see the Branding Requirements form.
Modes
We support two modes: Customer and Salesperson. You will see references to both throughout the document.
Customer Login
When a customer logs in to OE Touch, they will be prompted to select a ship-to customer if they are authorized for multiple ship-to accounts in Contact Maintenance or will be brought directly into the home screen if they are only authorized for a single customer. The selected customer will be displayed in the blue bar at the top of the screen. This can be either the customer name or customer index based on how you have configured the control file, Innovo OE Touch Customer Name Display. Changing Ship-To Customer
To change the active ship-to customer in the app, you can do that from My Account -> My Profile by selecting the current ship-to customer. In Apple, you can also change the ship-to customer by tapping the blue bar on the Home screen. In Android, you can also change the ship-to customer by tapping the person icon with the circular arrow on the upper-right of the Home screen.
Please note: app pricing is based on the active ship-to customer so if you change the ship-to customer when products are in the shopping cart, the pricing may change.
Salesperson Login
When a salesperson logs in with either their portal credentials or Eclipse credentials, they will be prompted to select a customer. This selection searches on any ship-to customer in the system that is authorized for this user. The authorization is based on branch access and the necessary authorization keys discussed in the Authorization Key Document in OE Touch Eclipse Settings.
Please note: the results list is sorted based on the "Sort By" field located in Customer Maintenance.
