How do I add a new Support user?

Innovo can add a new support user upon request. We request you only add new users to our support system if they will be managing and supporting the apps. If you have employees that need access to specific support articles, but whose role does not include supporting the apps, we can send you PDF files of any support article.

Please email support@goinnovo.com and let us know the users full name, email address, and phone number.
