Step 4 - Setup & Invite Users

Employee Users

Employees are invited based on their Eclipse User. The only requirement for invite is that the user does not have the No Logon setting enabled in Eclipse.

Customer Users

Customer users must be setup as a contact in Eclipse tied to the bill-to/ship-to or ship-to only entity. The contact MUST have their unique email address in the WWW tab and a WOE Login and Password on the Web Order Entry Information screen (Accessed from the Information dropdown menu) before the are invited from the Innovo Portal.
