Eclipse Maintenance Screens
There are a number of settings that we respect throughout Eclipse and refer to regularly in our documentation. You can find a detailed listing here of each field we respect on their corresponding maintenance screen: Eclipse Maintenance Screens.
Innovo User-Defined Screens
We load four User-Defined (UD) screens on your system that you can use to customize your OE Touch experience. The UD screens were loaded on the first available function key for each respective maintenance screen. Using Eterm (alt-F key) or Solar (ctrl-F key), the screens can be accessed from the following locations:
- Customer Maintenance (NOVO_CUSTOMER_AUTH)
- Contact Maintenance (NOVO_CONTACT_AUTH)
- Branch Maintenance (NOVO_BRANCH_HOURS)
- User Maintenance (NOVO_USER_AUTH, accessible through Eterm only)
All of the features and functionality on these screens are documented here: User Defined Screens
We have included an Eterm utility (NOVO.DVR.ADD.UD.RECS) where you can pre-populate the Innovo User Defined files with blank records. This makes mass-loading to these files much easier. You can run the utility from the program editor or add it to a menu of your choosing.
Dictionaries for each UD file can be found in the Eclipse Dictionary Summary.
