The devices page displays information on all devices on which a user has installed and logged into an Innovo App. By default, the table displays information for all Innovo Apps.
For each device, the table shows the name, username, device name, model, operating system, App, and the last date and time the app was accessed on the device.
The Device Name can be found on Apple Settings -> General -> About.

To see the devices associated with a specific Innovo product click the dropdown at the top-left corner of the table and select the appropriate App.

To search for a specific user, enter your search term in the text box at the top-right corner of the table, then click the magnifying glass icon to perform the search.
To view further details about the device, as well as delete the device from the user's profile, click anywhere on the device's listing in the table.

The device popup window includes the same information as found in the main table, with the additions of the Device ID, which is a Unique ID created by Innovo, and the Push status, which is either Enabled or Disabled. A device will have a Push status of Enabled if the user selected yes to allow notifications during the App install.
Signature Touch and Deliver devices also show the App's Settings screen configuration in a scrollable section at the bottom of the device details window. This will help with troubleshooting issues when the device is not readily available for you to view the settings on the device itself.
Note: You cannot currently make changes to the device settings except for the Deliver app.

Deleting a User's Device

If you have a product that is licensed by device and want to remove a device that is no longer in use, click the Delete button. Deleting a device that is registered to a product licensed by Device will free up the license it was using. The next time a user installs that product and logs into a new device, it will take the next available license.
Note: There is no need to Delete devices no longer in use for products that are not licensed by Device.
Manage App Settings
You can update settings on individual devices as well as set device specific settings such as branches and ship-vias. To update a setting, click on the pencile icon, make necessary changes, and then click on the Save button.
This will "push" the update to the device. These updates will appear as Pending until the driver logs out and back in, force closes the app and reopens, or selects a new manifest to deliver.
As the push is pending, you will see a pending icon on the device page. You will also see the current device settings displayed. Once the driver logs out and back in, force closes the app and reopens, or selects a new manifest to deliver, this pending icon will no longer display and the new updated settings will display.

Location Services
You can also see the device’s Location Services setting for the Deliver app. You cannot change this setting as it’s an Apple device setting but can use it for troubleshooting purposes.
Location Services MUST be set to Always for Deliver to keep tracking the driver when the Deliver app is not running in the foreground on the device. If you ever see straight lines on the map in Deliver Web, it means we did not get accurate tracking data from the device and you should start troubleshooting by checking this Location Services setting. If not set to Always, please have the driver make the correction on the device.
