The dashboard provides a full overview of today's manifests, active drivers, completed manifests and stops, and most recent activity.
Everything on the dashboard is based on the branch selected in the upper right hand corner. The first time a manifest is selected on a device, we associate the branch of that manifest with the device so moving forward that device will always display in the Active Drivers section for that branch.
Today's Manifests
The "Today's Manifests" section shows all manifests scheduled for today for the selected branch. The driver, start time, and total number of stops are pulled directly from the manifest in Eclipse. As stops are completed, the remaining stops column will be updated to reflect how many stops have not yet been completed. Note: Manifests that have been completed on the device will no longer appear in this table.
To search for a manifest, enter the manifest number in the search box and press on the search button. To refresh the list, clear out the search box and press again on the search button.
Selecting any manifest in the table will take to you the live view of that manifest where you can see real-time manifest details. For more on the Live view, click here.

Active Drivers
The "Active Drivers" section displays all devices that have either started a manifest for that branch or have breadcrumbs captured for today's route, meaning the truck is in-motion. The Active Time reflects the time at which the driver first started using the app on the device.

To search for a driver, enter in at least one full word of either the driver's name or device name in the search box and press the search button. For example in the screenshot below, if you type in 'Mike' you will be presented with a single entry for the branch 2 truck device. Alternatively, if you type in 'branch 2' you will be presented with that same entry as it finds it by searching the device names.
Selecting any driver in the table will take you the live view where you can see real-time manifest details. For more on the Live view, click here.

Today's Alerts
The Alerts table combines today's alerts and app activity into a single table. The Alerts tab is a real-time activity feed showing you issues from the field as they arise. You can set up email & sms notifications for each issue you want to know about immediately. Otherwise, the table will show all issues as they happen. The Activity tab feed updates every time a user logs into the app, a stop is completed, a manifest is completed, and a load is completed.
Note: For SMS notifications, you must have either Twilio or ProKeep authorized.

Configure Alerts
Click on the gear icon located under the search bar to configure alerts
To enable alerts for email, SMS, or both, turn on the slider next to the notification method. Multiple emails or phone numbers may be entered as the filed is comma delimited.
We recommend you only enable the alerts most important to you for email and/or sms and not and notification setup for all alerts. After entering in email/sms information, select Save.
The available issues are -
- Excessive Speed - Alert sent when two consecutive breadcrumb markers exceed the speed limit set on the Settings page. We then “mute” the notification for 3 minutes from the time of the alert so not to send multiple alerts for the same speeding event.
- Missed Requested Delivery Time - Alert sent when it’s been at least x minutes past the requested delivery time.
- Skipped Stops - Alert sent as soon as a stop is skipped
- Refused Order - Alert sent as soon as a stop is completed that has a refused order
- Exceeded Estimated Travel Distance - Alert sent when the mileage driven is x miles past the estimated travel distance for that stop
- Exceeded Estimated Travel Time - Alert sent when the time driven is x minutes past the estimated travel time for that stop
- Exceeded Stop Time - Alert sent when the time is x minutes over the stop time padding for the stop. The vehicle must be within a 0.2-mile geofence of the delivery address.
- Excessive Idle Time - Alert sent when the vehicle has been idle over the max idle time defined on the Settings page. If you are idle within the geofence of the home branch or a delivery address, this idle time will be included as part of the calculated stop time.
- Past Take Me Home Expected Time - Alert sent on the take-me-home when the time driven is x minutes past the estimated travel time for the take-me-home
- Inaccurate Scanned Packages - Alert sent when a stop is completed, and the driver did not scan the correct number of packages off the truck
- Delivery Started Without Scanning Packages - Alert sent when the driver starts the manifest in the Deliver app and packages were not completely scanned on the truck. Note – this alert will only be triggered if the Scan Packages On Truck setting is enabled in Deliver Web -> Settings.
- Ship Via Changed (Route Customers Only) - Alert sent when the ship via is changed on the order to match the ship via on the route or manifest
Alerts table
Alerts that are enabled will display in the Alerts table along with any comments that require a reason. The Dashboard will display all alerts and activity for today. Prior days alerts and activity can be reported on from the Summary tab.

Clicking on an alert will bring you directly into the Manifest detail page for where the violation occurred. For example, clicking on the exceeded estimated travel distance alert takes you directly to the stop and automatically opens the orders section.
Clicking on a speeding violation alert, will take you to the location on the map where the vehicle was recorded speeding.
Filter
You can filter the Alerts table by issue, ship via, driver, vehicle, and open/closed state. By default, the table shows only “open” alerts. Click on the filter icon to begin.
Close Alerts
You have the option to close alerts once you've addressed the issue. This will keep your alert table clear. To close an alert, select the image(s) next to the alert and click the Close button.

Activity
The Activity section is a live-feed of all activities that can happen during a route. The possible activities are:
- Logged Into
- Completed Stop
- Completed Manifest
- Completed Load
- Returned to Home Branch
Click on the filter icon in the right hand corner to filter specific activities. One or all fields can be filled in to narrow down the search. Once the desired search criteria has been entered, select Apply.
The Activity table data can be exported from the Summary tab.
Completed Manifests
The "Completed Manifests" section displays all manifests completed today for the selected branch. You can click on any manifest to view the detail.
The Completed Manifests table can also be found on the Summary tab and includes all manifests completed over a specified date range. For more information, click here.

Completed Stops

The Completed Stops table can also be found on the Summary tab and includes all stops completed over a specified date range. For more information, click here.

Exporting Dashboard Data
The Dashboard table data can be exported as tab-delimited CSV files. Exports frequently contain extra data columns not displayed in the webpage table. You can choose which columns to export, arrange their order, and even schedule exports to be emailed automatically.
To export table data, select the branch using the drop-down at the top-right of the page, then click on the green cloud icon at the top-left or bottom-left of the table.

In the Export popup window, review the columns to be exported. Uncheck columns to remove them from the export an drag and drop to arrange the order of columns in the exported CSV file. When ready, press the Export button at the bottom-right download the file.
