Compare

You can search for manifests by:

1. Date - The start date and end date will default to today's date and can be changed. You can filter to only show those manifests for a specific ship via and/or driver. Please note the ship via and driver (user ID) must be entered exactly the way they appear in Eclipse. 
2. Manifest # - Click the Manifest # tab and enter a specific Manifest ID.
3. Order # - Click the Order # tab and enter a sales order ID to find the manifest it was delivered on. When you search by specific order number (include the gen, such as S10043535.002), the search results will show the specific manifest the order was on. Clicking on the manifest in the search results will open the manifest detail page and expand the stop the order was on so it is easy to find.

Please note: the manifest search will always respect the branch selected at the top right hand side of the page.

When presented with the results of the manifest search, you can either select a manifest by clicking on the manifest # to view the manifest details or use the compare feature to show multiple routes on a single map. For more information on manifest details, see our article on Live Tracking.

You can export manifest details for any manifest that has been completed. After you perform your search, select a manifest by clicking on the manifest # to view the manifest details. To export the manifest's data, press the Export button to the right of the manifest number.

A tab delimited csv file (example below) will then download and includes the following data: Manifest number, Ship Via, Order Type, Ship Date, Sales order, Driver, Vehicle, Stop Number, Customer ID, Customer Name, Street, City, State, Zip,  Arrival Time, Departure Time, Stop Time, Plan Time, Requested Time, Actual Time, Latitude and Longitude of the signing location, Total Distance to the stop, Total Time to the stop, Sales $, GP $, # of Tickets, # of Items, # of Packages, # of Scanned Packages, Scan Latitude, Scan Longitude, Scanned Reason.

To compare manifest routes, click on the "Compare +" button located to the right of each manifest you'd like to compare in the results list. This will add the manifest to the compare bar located above the map. In the example shown below, we are comparing four different manifests from the results list.

The colored dot located to the left of the manifest number corresponds to its color on the map below. To remove a manifest from compare, click on the "x" located in each manifest box.
