Dashboard

The Discover Dashboard page allows you to quickly view information on your App Usage, top search terms, and top products viewed, as well as top sales and activity by customer and salesperson.  Use the yellow bar at the top to navigate to detailed pages on Discover Customers, Products, and Salespeople.

The App Usage graph at the top of the page indicates the number of hits and unique hits in your Innovo Apps over time. The bottom of the graph shows the total hits, unique hits, orders, and total sales generated by your Innovo Apps. Note: Total sales is the total amount of sales submitted from the App into Eclipse. it does not reflect any changes to the orders after they were submitted.

Hits are the number of times there has been a logged activity in the Portal. These activities are: 1) Logging in, 2) Searching for products, 3) Viewing products, or 4) Submitting an order. Unique hits are the number of unique users for the selected time period.
